I used to eat chicken every single day. After learning about omega 6, inflammation, as well as the bacteria present in chicken, I just can’t bring myself to eat it anymore. I’m loving beef more and more everyday.

Chicken is also very very lean. We need the fat, when we cut the carbs.

Also, thank you for talking about the salt. I had watched a different video where you mentioned to the salts. I thought maybe my headaches was too much salt and started cutting back and I absolutely do not think I’m someone who should have low salt. As I sweat a lot and have hot flashes constantly so it makes me think I needsalt thank you so much. I really love your content!

I failed on lion diet twice. Now I've been carnivore for 60 days on pork and eggs, can't tolerate beef or lamb yet. Not feeling great yet but definitely feeling better than I did 2 months ago. Managed to gain some weight back which I lost during some mysterious illness and hopefully I will soon be able to tolerate other meats

Wow, I am so glad I came back to your channel. After having found you recently and remembering you talk about histamine. I recently started adding some other things and have been getting headaches every day for over a week. I also often get the runny nose and have been suddenly, having gut issues along with a hiatal hernia and a lot of stress. I love the way you explain everything in your videos and I am clearly experiencing histamine intolerance. I was having party wings just to have something different. I also have pork belly at times which I don’t think was bothering me before so I think it’s the wings. Because ever since I ate those for a couple days in a row I’ve been getting headaches. Also made some broth and had a headache this morning after having that. Thank you so much for your videos. I’m gonna keep following you. And I ordered some of the grassland nutritional supplements with the kidney in it for now. All the best to you! I love your clarity and how you make it very obvious to figure out what’s going on in the body. I am going to start having some lamb and trying the low histamine meats.❤❤❤

Been doing carnivore for about 3 weeks now and have noticed a great change in how I feel, I didnt go through any keto flu and the changes have been decent. I have been eating beef, chicken, bacon , eggs and some cheese. I am working to a more beef diet but getting used to as much beef as I have not eaten that much beef in a long time. Mostly lean chicken for the past 4 years. I do like my bacon and listing to the different types of fats Pork provides over beef, would it be a good Idea to cut out bacon? Typical first meal is 3 eggs , half cup of egg whites and 4 pieces of bacon. and Coffee. I love my coffee so, that is a must! Thanks Chris

I think it would be worth it to cut it out as an experiment and see how you feel when you reintroduce it. Typically you'll know if it was giving you inflammation to begin with.

So buying the standard store-bought meat is probably a bad idea? I was relying on it for a while due to not being able to afford the grass-fed meat, so I went off of carnivore. I felt like I was having a histamine reaction. My eyes were inflamed, my nose was stopped up, my throat felt as if it was closing up, which made my voice hoarse, and my ears were even bothered. I'd like to do carnivore correctly, but I can't currently afford the best kind of meat.
