I remember subbing when you only had 15k subscribers, and now you have 309k subscribers! Holy Madonna! You deserve ever single one, your content is amazing! Keep up the amazing work.
Thank you Irina much appreciated :)
Yea i have been watching for a long time also
I second that I have been watching your videos (when time allows) for quite some time and since my Father was in Europe during WWII U.S.Army Air Corps. So I am fascinated with the Historical aspect and the Magnitude of the construction of the stuff that you are still finding. Keep up the good work . You are providing a valuable History lesson for us. Thank You . B.
you need a basket on a rope to drop stuff in then bring it all up in one go ...... save getting the submersible out each time ...... just a thought
We have stuff in progress so you will see. Thanks for watching.
@@WW2HistoryHunter its always a pleasure to watch one of your video's
I don't think that tiny ROV has enough power to lift a basket full of finds. Maybe the company has something a bit more of a mover.
Also if you can engineer your grabber arm to rotate, I think it would shed a great deal of the positional issues, even though that ROV is fairly maneuverable.
@@toddmetzger To be honest , the Fifish V6S surprises me over and over again in what it can do. One just have to think through every move on the way and plan things out.
@@toddmetzger I think Rob B means the basket can be lifted by hand, after the ROV has filled it with finds?
Give this gentleman a 👍 thank you guys for doing what you do.
Thank you Tony :)
@@WW2HistoryHunter I'm greatfull for every video
Just amazing, have been a big fan of your work and the history you show us since a very long time now - been a great journey watching your channel grow and thanks for letting us be a part of it! Prost from London!

Thanks for sharing your amazing finds. Love the way you make history and the place come alive with your descriptions.👍
So nice of you my friend and there will be lots more coming up :)
Watching yesterday with my step-son and he was asking me why you do what you do. I told him that just like me, you have a great and intense passion for history and want to make sure that "history is everywhere". I hope to instill upon this young seven-year old the same passion that we share. Keep up the great work and all of us will keep supporting you!
that is great to read Joe and such a important thing , to let the younger generation take part in things that happened so long ago. Thanks for that and your great support. Greetings from us.
Such as fantastic video my friend. I remember how you initially started to us you ROV and the numerous times you chided yourself when you were unable to pick an item (artifact) up, while now you're not only an expert with your rov, but able to share even more surprizes with us... Thank you again and as always Be Safe and Be Well Ted...
Thanks Ted.
Nice artifacts found!!
Wishing you and Eagle Eye a pleasant trip with awesomeness ahead!

Can hardly wait to see that cup front. Love the underwater hunts, they always have a lesson. Nice learning about the different arms on the subs.
Will show more later and thanks my friend :)
Wow! Can't wait to hear the confirmation of your research on the cup! Great that you could find out about the u-boats having 20mm guns. Thanks you for all your hard work to bring history to us.

Nooooooo. A cliff hanger! Can’t wait to see the info on the cup! Love it when you find the plates and cups and such. Great video as usual. Keep up the great work. Love the artifacts and the history you share while discovering them. Safe travels with EE!
More to come!
Your channel is my absolute favorite. I've been following and have watched every single video since you started posting. Your videos are very informative and I appreciate all the hard work that goes into exploring. You and "Eagle Eyes" are great. I would love to do exploring for WWII artifacts, but since I live in the US, very slim chance of that. So l go exploring through your eyes. Thanks for all your hard work.
Very much appreciated and greetings from us.
Dang, a cliffhanger. Can't wait for the reviell. Thanks for sharing, be safe on your trip with EE.
More to come later :=
Amazing underwater adventure ! Great finds and keep up the good work!
Thanks, will do!
On my break, and most definitely ready for another German U-boat Harbour/Harbor Fifish adventure carried out by HH. Started off a success in locating the 20 mm cartridge from German Flak anti-aircraft gun. And wow finding that pile of live 7.92 rounds. The brass did look in good shape. Well worth the fight in obtaining proof that they were K98 Mausers and MG's on board the German subs. Leaves no doubt. That cup is extremely intriguing. Definitely more to the story and we are anxiously awaiting the update on Part 4. Don't leave us hanging too long HH. We do thank you for freezing your butt though in order to bring us these incredible WW2 history videos. I do think you deserve a raise HH .😁
That cup is totally awesome and you will love the story behind it. Thanks.
Awesome adventure as always. Can’t wait to see the reveal on that amazing cup.
More to come later :)
Wow, amazing cup. You are incredible. Nice submersible. Stay safe and awesome! Thank you!

I love watching and meant no disrespect to your style of presentation. Once i see something interesting, i tend to want to know the story behind it. So I'm always looking ww2 stuff up. Keep up the the great content. Someone has to document this.
Thanks Scott :)
Loved it. Cant wait for new videos. Safe travels

Beautiful little cup. Such an amazing find!
Agree and loved that place.
Wow! Holy Madonna! How exciting! I can't wait to see what you are able to reveal about that cup. It's got to be pretty amazing to render you speechless like that! Lol. That harbor just continues to turn up wonderful finds. Well done, my friend! Please keep the outstanding videos coming and God bless you and your incredible family, my friend!
We thank you Shane for your great support and more to come later.
We do appreciate it thanks for sharing your great finds.
Our pleasure!
Always great content & a great hunt for historic artifacts! Take care & stay safe!
Thanks Brian
I grew up watching serial Westerns like The High Chaparral, Maverick and Wagon Train back in the 1960's. They often ended in cliffhangers so you couldn't wait for the next weeks show. Worked then, works now. Can't wait for the next one.
Thanks my friend.
Another great video. Can’t wait to see what comes of that cup.
You and me both and you will enjoy it :)
The only problem I have with watching these videos is that all the others you posted look so interesting I’m constantly switching back and forth
He he , how gret to read and thanks for that.
Great discoveries . Be safe on your upcoming journey
Thank you! Will do!
you always do an awesome job thanks for sharing what you find
Thank for that :)
The mystery cup. Can't wait for the story about the cup.
Look forward to tell more. Thanks
Amazing content as always. Love this channel!
Glad you enjoy it!
Please don't leave it too long for the reveal of the marking on the cup & the next part of this amazing story.....I can't wait!!
Thank you
Thanks Adam
Good show, you find some interesting artifacts.
Thanks John
Thank you again sir for another great video.... you make my Sunday's...
Great to read and thanks
Never disappointed in your adventures !
Thanks Thomas
What a great hunt, fascinating how you are coordinating items with the history. What a sleuth!!!
Great explore and thanks Lorele
Amazing historical finds and a quality video 😀👍
Thanks Luke
Again and again nice finds. Even finding armament of the subs themselves. If these small pieces are still on the bottom then one has to wonder if there are larger pieces. Which means you need a bigger recovery sub. Keep up the great work. More help will be on the way. Safe travels on the road trip and don't let EE run you ragged.
Totally agree who knows what is down there and we will soon start some rather special under water explores and with some new tools :) Thanks William and will show more later :)
Yes this channel is amazing! !! Especially finding those World War 1 sniper shields!!!
Thanks for comment and for watching.
Can’t wait for the results of your research!
Will show more later :)
The early part of the war everything was made out of good materials. Later on the brass was replaced with whatever they could use, including tin. So the difference of rust makes sense
I agree and they will never make stuff last that long anymore. Thanks John.
I’ve seen WW2 film footage showing boarding parties from the subs carrying small arms on board of ships they have captured. Finding shells like these would not be uncommon. Imagine if you didn’t have the FiFish. How much history would still be lost. Great finds as always.
Yes tons of history still down there and glad we cans hare it with you. Thanks.
Amazing Discoveries HH, Love ❤️ your channel ❤️ 👍
Thank you for that and more to come soon :=
So cool the work you are doingj. Its history you are uncovering. Keep up the great work. I always loved World War 2 and been fascinated with it. I do believe that i was a Sherman tank commander during the war .You have been blessed to be able to do this work. Take care and keep up the passion you have for this. JimCalhoun Decatur ,Illinois. I watch your video's all the time.
Appreciate your kind words James and greetings from us.
History is so important to everybody.
History is so important to everybody. Thanks for showing me and teaching me about how men lived what they used to fight.and died during this war. There is still so much findings that has not been recovered yet. They are still finding tanks that are still intact buried and then they restored them back to original conditions. Unbelievable but so true. Its like finding treasure .Keep up the great work man.
Very exciting. My friend is writing a trilogy about Norwegian war sailors, who were so often hit by submarine attacks, so it's really exciting to see what you find.
Thanks for watching.
Hi HH
Just love the underwater adventures
Cheers
i love them too and thanks again Martin for your great support :)
Aaaaarrrrgh!!! Another cliffhanger!!! What is it, what is it? I can't wait!!! Awesome Wolfpack finds!!!😁💖
I know!!
Amazing finds. Can imagine someone seeing an Allied aircraft, throwing his cup of coffee overboard and racing for the 20mm Flak or the MG. Cannot wait to see what the cup has to offer. That little ROV has definitely shown her worth to finding History. Well Done. Cheers my friend. Stay Well!
Yes Peter that ROV is really a little gem to have. More to come soon :)
can't wait for the next part.... you're awesome!
Working on it!
As always Great Show
Denny from Minnesota
Thanks for listening
Cool content mate keep going with the stuff you do
Will do Damian and greetings from us.
Very cool! I could watch this all day!
Very glad to read that and much appreciated.
If you haven't already, you need to watch the Das Boot series. There's 2 seasons out already and I think a 3rd is only just around the corner. Awesome series! Love your videos, keep up the good work :)
Thanks for the info!
Can't wait, get the next video up!
More to come later :)
That is a wonderful mini sub! And yes i also listen at night.
Awesome! Thank you!
So kool I love history and your making history to remember great video as always 👍 👍👍👍👍👍
Glad you like them my friend and glad to share them with you :)
Whatched in full and commented, thumps upp!
Thanks Kurt
Another great on captain 20mm flak . Love your stuff
Thank you kindly
you should rig up a bucket with a rope and some small drain holes so you can drop finds in and haul up and keep searching with rov
We are currently working on several tool and will show more of that later. Thanks.
Very nice find that cup is. Cannot wait to see if you can indeed in fact tie it to that ship. Until next time....carry on
Thanks Bob.
That is a wonderful find. You should use a mesh bag that you can put the stuff you find and bring it up from the bottom by a rope. Happy History Hunting
Just what we have made and will hopefully show more of that later. Great explore and cant wait to share more with you. Stay safe my friend.
Totally awesome!!!! Great find!
Thanks Adam
Fantastic video 👏👏👏
Thanks Panzer :)=
Looking forward to seeing more history. 👍
For sure and thanks Robert :)
Awesome catch . Just saying , my wife went shopping and bought some cute boots and such , i asked her to model them for me . She said later (still waiting) . Tease . Now i watch this awesome video and you tease about a cup ..
Thanks as always
Thanks for sharing :)
Amazing to think they lay there for so long , and what happened to the last person to touch them, their story, fascinating bringing history to life
Great place to look into and thanks for watching.
Those are some really Nice finds👍👍
Yes they are
Great history🔥💯🔥 off WW2 historyhunter love what you guys are doing respect form 🇳🇱Nederland ✌😇👌
Thanks Jordy
The 2cm flak gun was a standard item on the type 7 to type 9.The mg,34,s were for repelling boarders, and so on.The major feature change was the removel of the forward gun.On later uboots the term ,winters garden was a reference to the added towers of flak gun, in the 2cm to 3.7 cm range
Good to know and thanks Richard.
There's another CZcamsr, a German, who said recently on one of his videos that the Germans used wax on their steel bullets to reduce the friction with the barrel when fired. With brass, there wasn't so much friction.
I remember having a model of the U-505 in the 1960s. I assembled it myself. It had two twin-barrel 20mm machine guns near the conning tower.
Cool and thanks for comment and for watching.
Another great submersible footage. Be well brother
Thanks, you too!
Great capture and share your finds. ? So was that vessel sequestered by the German Navy. Love the moniker "Holy Madonna" in your excitement.
it was taken by the Kriegsmarine yes and used during the wartime years. Thanks Jim
Absolutely fascinating - thank you 🏆 .... can’t wait to learn more about the cup - will you clean it in the dishwasher 🤭
Thank you my friend.
Great video, when do we get to see what was on the cup, fantastic find, cant wait for the next installment, d
Tim will tell and thanks David.
So that's how it is, huh! Keep us on pins and needles waiting for the next video. Ok, I'll bite! Can't wait to see how the research pans out on that cup. Thanks again and stay safe!
Sometimes the adventure is greater then first intended so be patient :) Thanks Beth.
@@WW2HistoryHunter, I was just messing with you. I'm always on pins and needles waiting for the next video!
OH MY GRAVY!!! I'm shouting at my screen at you, saying, " do I need to reach thru this screen and shake ya for leaving us in suspense"? Ahhhhhhhhhhhh...but besides that, I did notice a bottle above where you got that cup. Sweet finds
He he , well more to come later :)
Very good finds. Maybe you can get a small basket to take down with your drone and then you can put things in the basket so you can stay down longer and bring up a little more at the time. Just suggesting. Thanks for sharing the videos and information
Great idea and thanks Dwayne
Most submarines during WW2 had deck guns of some sort along with small arms the crews used to board captured ships. Seems logical that the cartridge and casings would come from these submarines and support boats. I would like to suggest you get a bucket and drill some small holes in it and then tie a rope on it. Lower it in to the water and use it to put your discoveries in. This may help to extend your dive time. These underwater adventures are captivating. I find myself telling you to check this and that giving you suggestions on how to grab something lol. It’s easy to be an arm chair quarterback, but your there and know the conditions your working with and what you need to do. Once again, another great video.
Smart idea and will look into that. Thanks Anthony.
Thanks waiting for the rest of the information.
More to come!
You could get one of those pop up tents or fisherman hides, it will keep the cold off & might be Easyer to see your picture when using your fifish
good idea and thanks.
Later versions of Uboats had an air defense platform on the aft of the conning tower. The guns there could also be used for point defense against light ships and vessels, such as lifeboats, MTB/MGB, corvettes etc. The main deck guns were originally intended for ship to ship work but could also be used for air defense but it was usually a better idea to get under the water. Each sub would have a weapons locker for taking prisoners, mounting guards etc.
Curse you for leaving me with a cliff hanger! Lol.
Thanks and greetings from us.
