Rawls ka justice 1st virtue of social institution universal nahi ho sakta jaise ki communitarian maante h ..i agree ....but kisi particular society ki bat bhi agar ki jaye toh waha pr bhi first virtue justice hi hoga ? because particular society mein bhi people ko good life jeene k liye justice toh chahiye hi hoga ... han ye jroor ho sakta h ki wo justice individual se flow na hokar ke society se hi common good k anusar flow hoga . ....ab me ye puchana chahta hu ki es basis pe Rawls ki ye bat ki justice 1st virtue h society ka thik ho sakta h na,, communitarian jaise kah rahe h ki 1st virtue nahi ho skata h

Basically commutarian thinkers contend rowls conception of individualistic justice.. for them justice and its meaning is constituted or constructed socially in different community and therefore inversely declaring that in any social order justice is the first virtue may not be correct it should be left to that community to decide what's value should be its first virtue
