sir you missed Nozick's exception to fair acquisition, if a resource is scarce and is a basic requirement of the society, then it cannot be fairly acquired to the extent that individuals are deprived of it, putting their lives in danger

Sir I was reading Bhargava and in it 2a is given preference to 2b in the Difference Principle of Rawls' Theory of Justice.
Please Explain sir.

good observation; what I said is correct. What Bhargava said is correct but his numbering is wrong...see carefully the text....numbering is 1. then 2 and then again 1 and 2....whereas it state correctly that 2a gets preference over 2 b and in original theory of justice 2a is " They are to be attached to positions and offices open to all under conditions of fair equality of opportunity" 2b is "they are to be to the greatest benefit of the least advantaged members of society"
This is same what I said...but in my video also numbering are just reversed... CONFUSED ? plz watch that slide at least 3 times...remember and be sure that u hv learnt correct difference principle of Rawls...good u asked this ...good wishes;

I feel Rawls is in between Communitarinism and LIbertianism , bcz he thinks about giving the larger slice ti poor and smallest to rich in that way isnt it sharing wealth within the whole community , pls correct me
