I instantly knew that Akiyu was lying. I mean it was quite obvious to be honest but she's such a troll and I love it. Also I feel as a whole this season really took on a more serious tone with its characters, the stakes and the storyline. And they executed it much better than season 4 which is good to see

I feel like Ez trying to resolve this without violence by not killing aarvos, which is a good idea. It continues to show how you dont need to use violence to win they is always something else you can do. (This next part has spoilers so be warned) I think the only reason Calum did dark magic both now and in season 2 was because he felt out of oppositions so he picked dark magic useing it as a last resort. I think if he never considered it, then he wouldn't have needed it to save rayla. I think he would have found a new way to save her he found a solution and stuck to it, like with killing Aarvos. Why would they add that if it wasn't important? If he it shows how Calum is willing to do whatever it takes to save his family, his kingdom and the world even dark magic. Sound like anyone? yup, that's right, viren! Calums goings to realize this maby even haveing a new Arcanum brake through!

But , I have a feeling that Aaravos will be able to control the infected since he was the one who destroyed Lux Aurea. This episode was a great one, and I can't wait to see what comes next. My heart broke at the end there, Zubeia is one of my favorite characters. I hope she can fight the infection.

I liked this episode overall, but one thing that kind of bugged me was how easily Tina gave up the location of the prison. She JUST got finished explaining to them why she would sooner die than tell anyone the location. How could she possibly know that these strangers weren't lying about bad guys being after Aaravos? IMO she trusts them WAY too easily for someone who's apparently been keeping this secret for centuries. I know they needed to keep the plot moving along, but that just seemed a little too convenient for me.

A lot of suspense in this season, a lot of "tragic" moments but I'm kind of disappointed that there were no character deaths. Akiyu as an Archmage was underwhelming. @@nicolas._.2294 It's to give weight to the overall arc. If Aaravos is this ancient godly evil threat, we should be shown it, not only told. Callum got possessed by Aaravos in s4 and nothing came out of it. Anything could've happened there to make the audience feel the threat of Aaravos instead of just telling us that he's very dangerous and evil. Aaravos' prison being secured should've come with consequences that correspond with the weight of the victory achieved. I don't want any major characters to die either, but I also can't take the show seriously if there are no real stakes. The Finnegrin or whatever saga was pretty well done, however. Callum was forced to use dark magic, but also came out on top as he learned the ocean Arcanum.
So, I just finished this episode for the first time. I love this season so far but it's weird that they never revealed why Aaravos rising would be the end of the world despite the fact that all of these characters act like they know
On no I’m really worried for the dragon queen Zubeia she got the cut from those monsters that infection will spread and she’ll get corrupted she won’t tell anyone because she wants to keep her pain a secret doesn’t want to worry anybody, or her son Zym maybe Callum could’ve help her
For me this is the worts season 5 episode, tho funny, i feel like it would be better if at least one of them had suspect of her. Im very sure Akyu would have sympatize with that person and then would make as know what is true or false But i fell like the side prots (Kim'dael and Zubeya) are AMAIZING!!
Awe man! I really enjoyed this episode. My least favorite so far might be Episode 3, but I know I still have half a season to go, so we'll see what happened! The B-plot this season is WONDERFUL! I love how they're handling the Janai storyline this season.

I was so dissapointed about the Aaravos situation considering the fact that the thing I wannted more about this season was more Aaravos.But no we didn't get that.Come to think of it we got more Aaravos in the first three seasons than in the current ones that are called the mystery of Aaravos.
I dont know if there is any Star Wars fans out there but Akiyu reminds of Yoda but much crazier and funnier. The blood moon elf Kindar I have a feeling she is really bad news true she owe her life to the royal family but the way she smiled at Kirim something tells she has something up her sleeve. I dont think Verin Blinked at all. The way this episode ended I am worried about Zubia is there a way to save her before she becomes full corrupted or will Callums group have to make a hard choice to kill her I dont know whats going to happen there has to be a way to save her.

For me this is the worts season 5 episode, tho funny, i feel like it would be better if at least one of them had suspect of her. Im very sure Akyu would have sympatize with that person and then would make as know what is true or false
But i fell like the side prots (Kim'dael and Zubeya) are AMAIZING!!
Awe man! I really enjoyed this episode. My least favorite so far might be Episode 3, but I know I still have half a season to go, so we'll see what happened!
The B-plot this season is WONDERFUL! I love how they're handling the Janai storyline this season.

@@ReelJames Thank you so much for responding I would rate it 8/10 because I thought we would see Aaravos as the main villain but we saw Finnegrin as the villain we only saw him as a villain so Callum
can learn the ocean primal source. Maybe Callum could have learned it another way and we could’ve had Aaravos as the main villain this season by the way love your videos keep up the good work.

I dont know if there is any Star Wars fans out there but Akiyu reminds of Yoda but much crazier and funnier. The blood moon elf Kindar I have a feeling she is really bad news true she owe her life to the royal family but the way she smiled at Kirim something tells she has something up her sleeve. I dont think Verin Blinked at all. The way this episode ended I am worried about Zubia is there a way to save her before she becomes full corrupted or will Callums group have to make a hard choice to kill her I dont know whats going to happen there has to be a way to save her.
