@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV mam, after delivery when we have to start excercise? Love from Kerala❤️
So, ever since I was 12, now 18, I have been so traumatized at how people explained birth, the stories I heard about birth in a hospital were horrific, but as I listened it sounded like something was wrong, like the doctors had no clue what they're doing, but when I found this channel, I cannot believe how good God is for taking my fear away, these videos make me feel so relaxed, and hopefully one day, I will have a baby following these wonderful steps, thank you so much❤❤❤
Praise the Lord He took your fear away! Every woman should have a safe and painless labor - and a right to operate their body during childbirth! 😊
@@serennolasco thank you so much! And God bless you.
I came back to say how grateful I am for this video..
My delivery journey was not as traumatizing as the first one. I felt empowered instead. Thank you..
I know this is the most helpful and i have been learning a lot, baby boy is due in May, however, where i live (Philippines) there's no such thing as mother-lead pushing, everything is dictated by the midwife or doctor that with be attending, and you will be labeled as a difficult person if you go out of your way to give them your birth plan. Private or public hospitals and birthing/lying in clinics are the same😢. However, i am bringing with me my birth plan and a spokesperson for when i am going to the hospital, hopefully they will grant it. Please pray for me
Exactly the case for my country Zambia and they can't even allow you to kneel like that, it's on your back when pushing and sides during rests.
@@PreciousDOTMwanza 😥
You're right i am from Philippines and my due is April 18, hope i can do it. Praying for a safe delivery to all mothers. God bless you.
@@JahnoraSinoag-in8gz good luck mama, praying for your safe delivery, malapit na
Good luck ❤
I ageee 100%! Just had a baby and doctor had me pushing immediately once I reached 10centimeters. I I didn’t feel the urge to push until approximately 2 hours after reaching 10centimeters. Baby came out 30 mins later.
I tried these techniques during all my labor and in just 20 mins my baby came out. It was soooo quick and efficient. I had a water birth in the pool it was amazing. Now we are 7days old😍😘😇 all my pregnancy I followed you and did exercises at everyday this was so helpful trough all my pregnancy and birth. Thanks a lot Jessica for all your fabulous knowledge and sharing. 💗❤️🤩😘🤲
Ahhh!!! Huge congratulations on your baby!! YOU DID IT! Sending so much love ❤️

Breathing technique, and following body instinct are those I used during my labor of my second baby, and I experienced less pain and fast delivery for just a total of 1 hour,, ❤️❤️❤️
This really helped me during the labour process, it was easier to cope with the pain and I gave birth sooner than I expected! Thankyou
I just wanted to thank you so much for what you do and for your channel. I followed your workouts and labor exercises throughout my whole pregnancy, until the very day of. I was even following one of your videos in the delivery room at the hospital and once my labor began I was able to successfully deliver my baby at a reasonable time for an almost 9 lbs baby as a first time mom.
Thank you so much for educating us new mamas and the work you put in these videos. For helping all of us get through this very important and sensitive time. Many blessings ♥️🙏

I’m being induced with twins tomorrow (haha, I feel like I’m cramming before a test!). It’s pregnancy #4, all priors unmedicated. I always find pushing to be the hardest part to tolerate, so hopefully these will help me since I have to do it twice! 😳

I had a lot of back pain around that time too. These exercises helped and I think they even helped me move baby into a better position. I'm 35 weeks and back pain is still very very minimal!
Any updates?

How did it go
Hi, was wondering if there are any tips when you’re having epidural ? Thanks!
This going to help me alot because our baby is due next month on April 7th and this is my first child but my husband has four other children
37 weeks with my 5th. I have never been successful at doing natural. I tense too much and panic, so with my last baby, I want to prepare and be ready to try again. I don’t like how epidurals make me feel during and after birth, so I’d like to incorporate these tips to help. There’s so much to remember though! Anyone else get anxiety worrying you won’t remember and panic during?
oh incredible! #5!!! Yes, I remember feeling overwhelmed and worrying about not remembering! Relaxing and staying calm and focuses is so key. I should make a list of things to remember ;) I think daily practice of the breathing in the pushing positions helped a little with "motor memory" I'll be thinking about you! You got this, Suzanne! xo
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV Thank you! Yes, I am going to practice the breathing for pushing more and have a list of the tips and techniques with me at all times so I won’t forget. 😁
How did it go?
I hope I remember this when it comes to the time I give birth next month
With my bundle of nerves and anxiety, I'll probably not remember something and do something foolish lol on a serious note I really need to study this and hope it sticks in the heights of madness
Loved this Video❤
In hospital and waiting for our boy.
Thank you
I’m cheering you on! You are going to do amazing!! 💞💞
Wonderful! I am getting prepared for baby to come due date is on June 1st. I've had a smooth pregnancy and have been feeling good so I am preparing myself and hoping to have a smooth labor!

wow, thanks this is interesting
So happy it was useful :) Thank you 💞
can you do these positions while laboring in the hospital?? or you have to be positioned on a table?
I literally googled how to push at 2am this morning! How did you know?!
I just want to thank you for your videos . I have a healthy baby at 3
6weeks
Nice, congratulations 🎉🎊🍾🎈
I will say I breathed my baby out for the most part, but I had to 'blow bubbles' (I had to breathe out rather than down) to slow my daughter's head down as she came out. She was my first baby and I had no tears.
Amazing! ❤my intention as well ❤🎉
Thank you!! Do you also recommend hiring a doula?
Yes, if it’s feasible for you they are amazing (find one you connect with) If not, then you can train your partner how to support you / advocate for you. Bonus, if you can find one to that does birth photography too (one of my biggest regrets)
Hi, do you still have the video about how to get the baby to turn and not be posterior ?
I'm pregnant so I need this
What’s the best position my baby having big shoulders?
38weeks plus, 1cm dilated and said that the station of my baby is already low so my OB told me to stop workout and just do the walking. Thank you for the videos. Hopefully the progress is fast
Thank you for all your wonderful videos...i am 35 weeks pregnant... In all of your video you talk about the breathing, you mostly mentioned, " once you are fully dilated". I just wanted to say that during my first pregnancy, i was only 5 cm dilated and then they had to cut me...I don't know how it's going to be this time... So could you say something about the breathing if someone is not fully dilated.. thank you so much in advance 🙏🌟🌈
Thank you for your videos! For baby #1 I never “got” that urge to push, the doctor and nurses were telling me when to and unfortunately I tore bad 😢 i am in my second pregnancy and worried this will happen again
What ended up happening ?
I am so scareddd first baby:s women are so brave
Hi I've watched some of your video which you are teaching to hold breath while pushing. Which one is really better? Thank you
@@AC-iw5mv yep I agree. It just makes your body tense up and it’ll make the pain worse
@@AC-iw5mvthat would be my natural assumption as well! Not holding but breathing
idk why im watching this, im a guy
Cuz we love to know more so that we can comfort them in need.
Even if that doesn't happen it just feels good from inside, idk why......lol 😂😂
You’re a good guy
Im crying all out 1st and 2nd because no one there for me.. and coming this July I'm listening to this and also cry.. how to not cry and keep relax.. I'm scared.. really2 scared
I had a c section (low transverse incision) on March 2022 now I'm 28 weeks pregnant, my second baby is due on 04/11/23.. Preparing for a natural birth may be helpful to get it? I hope yes, don't want another C section 😰
Now Am 32week mam, which week started this excise
Defiantly gonna practice the guttural sounds as this is where I went wrong in my first birth.
Hi Tammy! It definitely helped me focus my energy down. Hope you had an amazing weekend!
I typically don't recommend the E vowel sound because it can cause the pelvic floor muscles to contract in my experience.
Thank you so much for the feedback! This is helpful 💞 I’m learning new things all the time! Happy New Year!
Can I take you with me to the hospital!!!! 🥺 please 🙏
So do we actually need to push, like if we are pooping? Or just breathe and no need to push?
I’m here for the “easily”
Hi there, thanks for sharing, I wanted to know if this is a myth? can you over bleed by standing when giving birth. I thought thats why people sit down?
I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant but doing research so I can be organized when I ask my doctor questions about labor and delivery. The hospital I'm delivering at has peanut balls and exercise balls standard in every room and wireless monitoring though I've heard that can be finicky. I suppose I feel a bit like my doctor will laugh at me if I ask about delivering in positions other than my back like on all 4s or about waiting to push until I'm ready. In the US are doctors really open to these things or are you pretty much stuck with what the hospital tells you to do?
In a similar boat...and i work at the hospital. I think it does depend on your provider and the hospital policy, but I have to remind myself not to be afraid to ask questions and express my preferences.
