Thanks so much for this. I found out baby was posterior at 38 weeks..I did this video every day sometimes twice a day along with crawling 15 mins a day ,sleeping on my left side with right leg at 90 degrees and left leg straight. I found out at 39 weeks baby is now posterior,my midwife said he's in the perfect position for birth and to keep doing what I'm doing. He will be making his arrival in a few days. I'm so excited 😊

Thank you for your video. My baby turned into transverse position at 36 weeks. At 37 weeks doctors tried ECV to turn him around but he would go back to transverse. I have been doing your yoga exercises ever since and the baby turned himself head down at around 38 weeks. Definitely worth practising if your baby is not in ideal position! x

@@amoulamuggy8076 you know what? He certainly did not. He stayed in his favorite little position a week past his due date. Totally was going to vaginally breech birth him, and did C-section (which terrified me) right at the last minute.

I did your late pregnancy yoga videos, including the engaging baby's head and inducing labor, almost daily for the 6 weeks leading up to my birth and had such a quick labor! About 5.5 hours which for a first baby I definitely didn't expect. I'm sure all of the work to get him in the right position must have helped, along with the relaxation and positive mantras. 38 weeks and 7 days with my third pregnancy doing this yoga class! Perfect for preparing for my unmedicated labor. Baby is in a slightly oblique position. My midwife was not concerned and thought baby would engage properly when it’s time for labor, but I know doing these exercises will prepare my body and make it easier for baby to move. Thank you for your awesome channel - I’ve done numerous classes of yours throughout my pregnancy.

At week 36, my baby was confirmed head down by an ultrasound. I also took the homeopathic pulsatilla and began sleeping on my left side with my opposite leg bent and supported on a pillow, almost laying on belly. This position creates a hammock for baby. Baby flipped during the night and I could tell a difference when I woke up in the morning. Thank you for your dedication to helping mama’s and their babies! ❤

I have been doing this sequence with combination of your other videos and my baby headed down at week 34- confirmed by ultrasound. Tech also said that the chance of her turning upside down is less than 6%. During one of my deep meditations my baby girl turned up and by doing these videos I was able to turn her back down!!! I’ll continue this sequence until I give birth

Jessica, first I found relief with your sciatica video, then I find you were a fellow ICP sufferer and now you have posted a breech baby video, I am currently in the hospital being monitored for my ICP so we can push our delivery date to 36 weeks and my baby is breech! It’s like you are my pregnancy saint! I have snuck in a chrome cast into the hospital and will be doing this video in my hospital room. Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV Hi! Well unfortunately my bile acids went up so we had to get this guy out, he arrived yesterday via c-section, but he's doing wonderfully. My mobility is also increasing and I've told all the midwives it's due to my prenatal exercises! Can't wait to get back into the postpartum routine once I'm fully healed. Thanks again for the support!

I'm pregnant with twins and have been doing your videos every morning since the beginning of 2th trimester. Thanks to you, I still feel strong, flexible and capable even though i´m 34 weeks and starting to carry a lot of weight. Sadly, my leading twin was in the perfect positions during months and now she just turned breech. The doctors were surprised that it was even possible because of the lack of space. I suggest that it might be because of the yoga that i made space for her to turn around - unfortunately, the wrong way. Well, I will continue doing these exercises and hope that it will still be possible for her to turn around again.

Thank you for this video, so relaxing and made me feel 100x better today. 36w + 3, my baby is still turning around heaps due to lots of fluid and space to move around so really looking to keep him in a good position and get him engaged!

You are amazing- thank you so much for sharing this video! My little guy was transverse (around 32 weeks). I just followed your video and, in the last couple of minutes of it, felt him wiggle into position and he now has the wildest hiccups right against my cervix 😂. I’m so looking forward to watching the rest of your videos now!

Relaxing and productive - two thumbs up! I'm 38 weeks and baby is head down but likes to wiggle and rotate around a lot. Hopefully this will encourage him to hang out in the right position until it's time.

Dear Jessica! I love Your videos! I'm doing them almost every day since week 10! Now I'm 36 weeks and my baby's been head-down just until a few days ago, when he's turned transverse. Now I'm pretty worried and it's quite uncomfortable also. Hope Your specific videos will help and he can turn back! Bests to You!
