- Today we are doing a combination of pregnancy yoga & exercises to prepare your body for an easier delivery as well as to ease your aches and pains! This video is designed for third trimester when you belly and baby are growing bigger and it's uncomfortable to fold forward. However it's safe for all trimesters and it's never too early to start. This is great for opening your hips, reducing sciatica, and encouraging baby into an optimal fetal position. I hope you feel amazing after this class!

I was working out 5 days a week prior to my pregnancy and was very concerned on how I will modify my exercise to sustain my pregnancy, and I came across your channel. My sciatica pain has reduced significantly! I tried physio but didnt work out. Ive always been doing yoga from pre pregnancy time but my trainer could take classes from my 2nd trimester n so resorted to ur videos. All I wanna say is, great job, pls keep going!!!!

33 plus 5 today. Its been getting hard especially the weight on my pelvis but these exercises really help! Has helped since I started which was about 5 weeks ago and here and there. Going to start these regularly now because I feel so light and great after!

Finally did a yoga video at 32 weeks and omg I could not get my leg to raise up a centimeter. I had to skip the leg raising part but other than that I got through it. It’s the next day and I am so sore. Going to come back for another video tomorrow!!

Im 29 weeks and the pregnancy has been hard for me... every time i do these exercises i cry a lot, I guess some emotions are being released. I am also frustrated, i feel like my body doesnt belong to me at the moment at all, and i feel terrible most of the time

Love your videos! I do one almost every day and in the beginning I struggled so much but now (31 weeks) I feel so much stronger and confident!
In my third trimester and trying to do a yoga/pilates video each day, I, am definitely a beginner and found this one quite hard especially the section where you're on one knee (and having my leg raised wasn't something i could manage at all) do you think you could say if each video is like beginners intermediate or advanced? Been doing yoga for years now and it was hard for me. I kept reminding myself, she is not really pregnant, don’t try to keep up! I’m at 39 weeks today with about 40 extra pounds so I’m just telling myself it’s the extra weight making it hard for me. That plus pregnancy fatigue😅😅😅

I'm 38 weeks and have been super active all pregnancy and also couldn't do this section! I modified with small toe taps instead but on my one side even with that modification it actually flared up some hip tension/pain so I stopped.

Thank you Jessica! Quick question for you- When I did the side leg lifts (starting around 5:25) I noticed a lot of pain in my outer hip/upper outer thigh. I was able to just get through the taps but could only do the circles with my leg lifted halfway because my outer hip hurt so much. I've always been pretty in shape and have never experienced such a strong limitation like this! Any ideas on how I could resolve this/what's going on? I'm thinking that it might be hip pain from sleeping. Would love your thoughts! If it's helpful, I'm 33 weeks. Thank you again for these wonderful videos.
I could raise my leg up and down while on one knee, but struggled to keep a good balance rotating my hips with that raised leg. I had to hold on a bed or a chair to do that and felt the leg muscles quickly getting sore with the rotation move.
Thank you. I love your videos, but I find this one very hard and sometimes impossible with my big belly at 36 weeks, specially the side leg lift . I was even angry with this feeling of pain in my legs and my hips :P

This is a great video but is there any way to adjust some of this? Lightning crotch is real and half of the poses make it worse.
I noticed You said It is never top early tot start, is it there a too late to start? If till 6 months al I have done was walks, would it be too late to start exercising now?

Oof I could not do all of this, but that's probably my lack of regular exercise thus far (wk28). The exercises you start at ~5:20 were particularly difficult, and it felt like my joints were twisting and not cooperating. Maybe my positioning was off?
I do regularly exercises with her but that one was also hard for me.

I‘ve been exercising every day during pregnancy, so I wouldn’t say I am unfit. But the section where you are on one knee with the third trimester bump hanging in the air did not feel right. You lost me there…
