Don't change a thing. You are so relatable when you talk about your 'real life' stuff and I enjoy it. BE YOU.
Please don't change the vlogs. I love them and they wouldn't be same without the pottering ❤
I do love a potter I must admit ;) thank you so so much!
Great vlog. Enjoy watching you and your travels though the weekend. Keep them coming 😊
Yay! thank you!
Love the weekend vlog format - don’t change a thing. Like to see your authenticity-keep it real 😊
Thanks so much for watching and commenting buddy!
Your reading vlogs are perfect! Don’t change a thing! 🎉

Love your content exactly as is. and it’s always a joy to see your mom.
Thank you so much my friend !
Love to see the general life stuff and the books but most importantly, the dogs. ♥️
doggos are the stars of the videos for sure :)
Love everything about your videos, thanks for sharing your weekends with us 🤗
you are too kind - thank you!
I came here for the book recommendations but must admit I absolutely love your weekend vlogs. They are thoroughly enjoyable please keep them coming ❤
awww thanks so much friend! that's so kind of you to say :)
Sorry that you had such a rubbish day that is crazy that so many things happened all at once. Hats off to you for still being able to function by the end of it! I would have been hiding behind the sofa refusing to come out if I had had a similar day. I love your videos and the variety of them. Focussing on your everyday life makes everthing very relatable and I really enjoy them but do whatever makes you happy and what you feel proud of. I love the colour, kindness, variety, your love of books and features with the doggos and your lovely mum in your videos but I genuinely enjoy all of your videos and always look forward to them no matter the focus of the content.
awww you are gonna make me greet (scots for cry) with such lovely words thank you so much you are too kind and I love chatting away to you all here. I think chatting through my rubbish day with you made me not completely spiral, helped to share. Still haven't painted the ceiling!!
@@MeMyDogAndBooks ❤️ I'm adding greet to my vocabulary 😊
Oh my goodness, what a day! I love the vlogs as they are
Yay! Thank you so much for watching and enjoying that means a lot!
Love your weekends ! Please keep going xx
Thanks so much my friend! Thank YOU for watching x
I enjoy your videos. Don't change a thing. I'm sorry you had such a bad day. I had one of those a while back, I twisted my knee, couldn't walk for a week, the oven went out, and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. Give Lucy and Patti lots of cuddles for me. Take care and Happy Reading!
Thank you for your lovely comments. Oh NO I am so sorry you had a day like that, sounds like a bad one too - hope everything is better now?
@@MeMyDogAndBooks yes, everything is fine now, thank you.
More mum! More books and just the same amount of sharing.
aww thanks pal!
What a day for you 😣 great vlog as usual your mum is lovely ❤ I’ve got now she is witch on my bookshelf my dad bought me it as he knows I love witch books ☺️
it was a day for sure, survived it at least, still need to repaint the ceiling. witchy books are the best!
Love the weekend vlogs. I make a note of some of your book recommendations. How about a cordless lawn mower with a rechargeable battery? 🙂
cordless lawnmower might be a safer bet! thanks so much for saying you enjoy my vlogs xxx
I love the daily life stuff. If anything, I skip the book blurb reading sections 😅 Glad the leak didn't end up being too serious! I felt the anxiety with you.
thanks so much for your lovely comments and feedback it's super helpful. I might see if I can find away to summary the books. thanks as always for watching x
Please don't change your video's. I truley love them.
you are too too kind thanks so so much!
Really enjoy your weekend vlogs! I look forward to watching it all week😊 please don't change anything, other than maybe not eletricuting yourself?? 😮😂
You're so kind pal, thanks. Yeah hoping to avoid future electrocutions !
So look forward to the life bits too, makes me realise that I'm not the only one that sometimes has a scattergun life. My anxiety would have gone through the roof that weekend too , Its exhausting isn't it?
I'm reading a Nikki French and listening to Huckleberry Finn before I read James by Percival Everett at the moment. Will be picking up Glasgow Boys from the library on Monday from your recommendation. Love visiting Waterstones if only to inhale new book fumes 😂
Don't doubt yourself, you are doing a great job 🌻
anxiety is so tiring for sure. that was a day! but i survived to make another video he he he he. thanks for your lovely video comments, it's appreciated. Who doesn't just love a bookshop browse. Which Nicci French book you reading i want to read more of theirs. Oh I hope you enjoy the glasgow boys.
I'm reading House of Correction, my first Nicci French, but the Frieda Klein series is supposed to be really good
I love your vlogs just as they are, you're my virtual friend. Sorry you had such a dramatic Saturday, what a mare. I would also need to recover from such a day.
I recently had to start cutting the grass for the first time in my fortysomething year life now that I am a single gal, and I bought a rechargeable mower, definitely definitely recommend.
Can't remember if you read Weyward earlier this year, but it's a good witchy book. And I watched Suranne Jones's witch documentary on Channel 4 yesterday, which I would also recommend.
I'm relistening to one of my favourite books for both reading and listening to, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo. Have you read it? Do you like Nordic noir?
I actually quite enjoy mowing listening to an audiobook and your rechargeable one sounds good. Oh Weyward is a good book. You should check out The Last Witch of Scotland (it's based on a true story). I've not seen the documentary so adding it to my watch list! Oh I loved the the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo i hope you enjoy, it's dark.
I just had to stop the video and say “oh noooo” for the carnage and electrocution!! 😮 I had a sudden urge to buy books once you got to water stones! It is very corporate looking though. That’s all we have in our town.. Indigo.. corporate.
That Waterstones was giving me Chapters/Indigo vibes, too. That's why we need more indie bookshops.😀
I survived the day at least. Yeah that's the Waterstones vibes not very indy!
@@MeMyDogAndBooks But better than no book shop at all.
We’ve got a leak in our kitchen ceiling , I think the toilets leaking , oh joys , I know how you feel !
Nooooooooooooooooooooo
Honestly! You said about cutting you cable (which I was hoping hadn't hurt you but then you said you were electrocuted 😢) I put up three fingers to my sister and just as I did it your mam said "that's your three things" lol
A few years ago I was whispering to my sister and got an electric shock.
We had been standing by an electric cooker. Our uncle had done a bad job of putting it in and the earth wire had fallen out. So all the direct current had been going through my sister but her convers shoes kept her grounded. My nose being too close to her ear had.ment we both got a shock. She honestly thought I had bit her ear.
My uncle came in and put a tester (looks like a screwdriver) and it was live.
Thank god a law came in soon after that anything that is electric has to be fitted by a trained electrician. When we were moving years later the qualified Lecky said it was a mess, that he was surprised it had worked at all. It was such a mess he picked it up and it was like a massive spider made of electric wire.
Don't judge yourself too harshly you were distracted by the annoyance of having another things go wrong. Think of it like someone grabbing something hot to stop it falling.
I use a walking frame, it's a bit like your mams but with four wheels.
The dogs will walk with me but I'm hoping they will walk with me when I get my wheelchair 🤞
I'm liking the sound of Head Full of Ghosts, Now She is Witch, and Incidents Around the House infact problem all of them lol 😅😂
Yes hun. Pressure doesn't help with reading. I'm terrible with it too.
If you have to take some books off the list do so! There is no shame in it hun.
There is always some other time.
I suggest putting the ones your most interested in at the top.
CHANGE NOTHING!!!!
I love your chanel as is.
The life stuff breaks up the book stuff perfectly.
I loved seeing your mam and I love how yous shared your cake. The price of a slice of cake or a bun in Costa coffee 😮.
There are two in my town (which is surprising. We didn't even have a chain shop growing up)
One is in a supermarket so I can buy a cheap snack and still get a tea there 😂.
whoooft that's is an electric shock story hopefully not to be repeated!!! Glad you were all okay. I was telling my mum she might like a four wheel one better, it seems steadier. Oh defo sharing cake otherwise it's nearly £10 to two cakes slices! And thanks for my channel feedback that's so kind and helpful.
@@MeMyDogAndBooks Costa here is almost €5 a slice and a cup of tea is about €3 so for two of us it's about €16 and that is without a taxi either way! and we could get a book each for that price lol I sound like my mother although she only ever complained about the price of cigarettes going up. Any time I bought something she didn't agree with she would say "Do you know how many packets of fags I could get for that?" and I would say yes, but I'll still have this (for example) book once ive read it, you can't keep you cigarette once you have smoked it" Anyway you are more than welcome hun. I was really struggling with booktube. I took years away because it wasn't a very good vibe anymore, there was a lot of one up-man-ship. And buy, buy, buy. But my sister was watching your channel one day and I watched with her. I feel like this is the place for me.
I like your content exactly as it is! However, you might pop ‘round to visit my siblings and cousins and tell them not to phone me during your videos. And please tell my husband not to ask me where his keys are or interrupt me in any other way during your videos. Thank you.🤣
he he he he how rude of them!
