I'm pretty sure and hope that Silver will remain a big threat. Objectively speaking the fact that Chozen, Mike and Johnny broke into his house Silver kinda holds them now and he can sue them. Not to mention that he has friends in high places
With all that Terry Silver has going for him in his favor, I would be extremely and immensely shocked and be shocked for life without ever recovering from being immensely shocked if Terry Silver winds up in the same predicament that John Kreese was in on season 2 of Cobra Kai in being extremely broke and impoverished and forced to live in a shelter putting up with the same head of the shelter where John Kreese had to put up with her before reclaiming ownership of Cobra Kai at the end of season 2.
If Terry Silver ever ends up in that same predicament that'll be a complete shocker for me.
Yep, I totally agree. I'm actually fascinated by the theory that you mentioned that Terry Silver is going to use the security footage of Daniel Larusso and his allies breaking into the Cobra Kai dojo and into Terry Silver's home as well. I believe that Terry Silver allowed Daniel Larusso to beat him at the end of Cobra Kai season 5 because it was part of Silver's plan to expose him to the All Valley making people think that Daniel Larusso is a bad guy. I believe that Terry Silver has leverage on Daniel Larusso and his allies making people think that Daniel Larusso and his allies are bad. I think that this will indeed cause a lot of problems for Daniel Larusso and his allies. I honestly believe that Terry Silver is going to be very difficult for Daniel Larusso and his allies to defeat by themselves. Even though Daniel Larusso and his allies stopped Terry Silver in his tracks, I believe that this will also work in Silver's favor. I believe that this will cause Daniel Larusso and his allies to lose focus of the Sekai Taikai tournament, and this will subsequently cause Silver to gain the advantage of winning the Sekai Taikai tournament. I believe that Daniel will be accused of gang assault and that Daniel Larusso, and his allies will underestimate Terry Silver once again.
I don't think he can do much legally to Daniel and the kids but Johnny, Mike and Chozen are in trouble. I think Silver wants revenge and will use the fight in his house to get Johnny Mike and Chozen out of the way so he can have one more crack at Daniel

This is such a great theory, I can definitely see this happening. What if Terry's footage of Daniel "assaulting" him leads Daniel to prison??

The series may open with Terry waiting for trial, he gets off on a technicality and is released on the condition that he does not teach karate again in the States, instead he goes to Korea, reunites with Kim Da Eun and they train a set of well conditioned, well disciplined students who will become the new Cobra Kai and compete in the Sekai Taikai.
Kreece might re joined out of Kim Da Eun respect(Terry and Kreece are at each other throats for the betrayal) and Paul Dugan (if Julie appears)

I don't think so. Kim Da Eun adores and respects Kreese. With Kreese escaping from prison, I can see him somehow reaching out to Kim and with her resources enable Kreese to leave the States and they become reunited. Kreese soon tells Kim about Silver's betrayal and will not only 100% disconnect themselves from Silver (who failed to make Cobra Kai relevant by not only getting exposed of him rigging the Tory/Sam fight on video...but get his butt handed to him by Danny). If Kim is powerful in terms of her resources....she COULD blackball Silver....setting the stage for the possibility of him redeeming himself although I ENJOY Silver being the villain.

I would put nothing past Terry Silver. In fact, Terry knew Daniel was in a no win situation. Silver just won a battle " to the death" over Chozen. Yes Chozen was drunk but silver won and lost a lot of blood before Daniel's fight. Daniel won but did he really lose because of the bad condition Silver was in.

The fact that they attacked Terry in his own territories just plays into his hands. The burning of Mike's shop we all know Terry did it. However where are the evidence for it? What's next- The assault on Stingray? Stingray agreed to it and gave false testimony which caused a false arrest of someone else. Now he changed his version again so he wouldn't be considered as a reliable witness. Also Daniel being violent towards Terry infront of everyone happened in Terry's house. Also Chozen is in problem for severely hurting 5 Senseis and killing the last with a death pressure point. What he did stops oxygen supply for the brain I know this technique. The only thing that is possible to prove is one case of bribery and he can still pay for getting out of that. So I agree with this theory.
So do you think there will be a 2 week time jump like with season 3? To me it would make sense, because, doing so made season 3 showed the full effect of the aftermath of the school fight, like Daniel's dealership being a ghost town due to Robby's action, Tory being expelled and put on probation, Miguel fighting for his life while in a coma, and Robby stealing one of Daniel's cars. I don't see any other way to show the full effects of Silver being exposed, and Cobra Kai being shut down in the Valley than to do a time jump.

I say a month after for example. Do you agree with what I said in my comment on this video? One thing I can be sure of- If Terry is not going to jail and losing just what he needs to pay for getting out. Still he is done with being in a position of power and will be forced to pass the CK name to Kim Da-Eun. She will be the main antagonist now it's crystal clear even if Terry doesn't go anywhere like I think he won't.
@@eranshachar9954 Nothing happened. I'm using the same account that I've always used. It's possible that they might do a month. I'm not sure if the writers will go with every possible punishment, especially regarding the law regarding the kids. If they did then Robby would've had the book thrown at him in season 3 since he technically tried to flee from the cops again instead of turning himself in. Yup, Kim Da-Eun will be the next threat, and of course Kreese will try to act tough while hiding behind her shadow just like he hid behind Silver in season 4, when he hid behind Johnny in season 2, and in season 3 when he hid behind his students by having them go after Daniel's students for him after the school fight. I use to compare Kreese to Frieza because either Johnny or Daniel could take him down like Goku or Vegeta could take Frieza down before the the tournament of power, but now I see that Kreese is more like Elec of the heeters in the dragon ball super manga, they both act tough but, they're the weakest in the group.
@@kevinthompson3569 Accurate man. And as for punishment if we talk only about what we can prove against Terry is 1 case of bribery. Well maybe 2 if the police will dig in and see the looks between Terry and the 2nd ref. Unless we assume Terry deleted the footage. And I am pretty sure that about abusing Tory he also deleted the footage. So Terry Silver is not going anywhere. He just won't be in a position of power which is a significant mental blow for the founder of CK. I think Silver will go more after the 4 adult enemies than the kids when prosecuting them. I know Tory used her card to get in. But he said that if Robby or any of his friends step foot in the Dojo again they will show no mercy. So to the very least- Tory, Sam, Robby, Miguel, Hawk, Demetri and so many other kids are guilty of trespassing at minimum. Which is a year in jail. And 1 more year for hacking the computer to steal the video. So although Demetri is the one to hack, all of them are also on the hook for hacking.

It really made me think and I realized “yeah this could definitely happen” because Silver he might be off the chess board for but he’s stay off of it for long and he is always five steps a head of everyone with even his backup plans having backup planes and I honestly would not be surprised if he actually winds up continuing to operate things (making Daniel’s, Johnny’s, Chozen’s and potentially Mike Barns and Miyagi Fangs lives miserable) from his time behind bars in addition to that theory. I think Daniel might be able to combat this by not only showing Silver's previous crimes like burning down Mike's furniture store justifying there response and the only reason Daniel came in the dojo was to get his kids which were technically trespassing without their parents permission, their own trespassing would likely be seen in court as a justification to protect their kids. Either way, Silver is an asshole, I just want him for once to finally get some accountability this season, Daniel is rich too and maybe that "Lawyer" that he lied about to Kreese may actually exist, maybe its an unknown Karate Kid character we haven't seen on the show yet. Either way, if Silver doesn't get some accountability this season then the show is making a huge mistake!

Great theory but don't see iit happening sadly. I think season 5 was the conclusion of Silver's, Barnes' and to a lesser extent even Kreese's story arcs. Given the age of the actors that play Kreese and Silver and give how under utilised the Barnes character was last season, I think the writers will make an effort to move the story on and focus on the younger characters.

i think terry would have lost on purpose in the fight but he did not want to get hurt badly maybe he undersetimated danny and he was tired after his fight with chozen.
But technically silver challenger Daniel to a fight. Daniel was there to protect the kids and get them out of harms way. Silver cheated at the all valley. That can’t be dismissed.
Terry paying off the ref in an underage karate tournament doesn't mean jack- he'd just get a lifetime ban again from every participating in the All Valley. All Daniel accomplished was hurting his rep, which is the thing Terry can't win back.

Synopsis

Terry silver will face kreese in season 6 mike barns ,chozen,daniel, and jhonny will foght back hard.terry silver with end up beat up by kreese maybe worse.once kreese takes care of silver he will hire mike barns to run cobra kai and. Probaby make the season worth more to watch. Never turn ur back on enemy.maybe kreese will teach cobra kai the right way.

Silver threw the first punch which would be on camera. Daniel simply defended himself.
Only way I can see Terry getting out of this is his lawyers get him off because Myagi Do and Eagle Fang trespassed on Silvers properties at his home and at the dojo so he legally defended himself. Silver put this in place after destroying Barnes's furniture shop. He knew there would be a retaliation. He WANTED a retaliation and he GOT a retaliation.
BOOM, there you go. That’s his plan B.

They also hacked into his laptop which is an invasion of privacy. It’s not like they found incriminating evidence against him, all they found was that he admitted to rigging the tournament

Plus they went in to Silvers office which I would imagine would also be private and they hacked in to his private computer which as Strike First media said, Is an invasion of privacy.
Tory would be an accomplice in that illegal activity. So in affect Tory assisted a burglary.
@@Strike1stMedia My guess is Silver will get out based on these defenses and do some major P.R work to re establish Cobra Kai as the victim and Myagi/Fang as the villain.
Silver might even use it as leverage to get Myag/Fang disqualified from the huge Tournament coming up until obviously it gets over turned for the final climax.
Silver put provisions in place to make sure that Cobra Kai survives any onslaught this time around with or without the students who left.

Ik I’m a year late, but this could happen. There’s a few edges however that can wind this down. For example, he grabbed the trophy which could’ve killed Daniel. There’s over 100 people circling around and watching him. As for this, I don’t believe Kim Da Eun would agree to train with him again because he lost this fight and she won’t believe him.

This isn’t my theory mate. But think about it, there’s no definitive proof of terry burning down his store, only speculation. There’s no way to prove he harassed Daniel. How did he mess with them on the elevator? He was likely there for his own check up and just ran into them. What’s wrong with that? I’m not saying what Terry did was necessarily right but there’s no proof to him doing anything wrong besides rigging the tournament.
Don't buy this theory at all. Silver wouldn't throw a fight with all of his students watching. Plus, Terry struck Daniel first in their fight in the season finale, so you can't really charge Daniel with assault.
