      Hey obi how r u i hope your well. Your certainly look very very very well infact u look amazing my personal favourite and my opinion u have the best body in the world someone I look up to and try to copy. I have a question I hope u can answer?? When u say in this video it's not about the weight but form with high quality reps. Is this because u done your heavy stuff to get the body and now u use lighter weight with higher reps and good form or do u mean u have always used this method.. lots of bodybuilders say u dont need to go real heavy doing 4to8 reps but is that because they done the heavy stuff years before.. pls clarify thanks obi

    I can say from experience that my back didn’t grow until I lowered my weights and focused on good form and proper contraction of the muscle. Leave your ego at home, everyone had to start somewhere.

    Wow, his chest is massive and you can really see the muscles being worked as he's doing the exercises. I like the advise about when to squeeze during the rep. I'm adding this workout routine to my gym visits.

    Edit: Oh my fucking days this actually works 100% I've seen a difference in just over 100 reps of those dumbbell twist thanks so much. My chest is starting to evolve.

    I keep hearing, “its not about the weight”….. and this is great info to me. I’m cut my weight in half, clean up my form n increase my reps from 10 to 15-18 for a set.

      if you can meet your daily calories and protein intake from whole food sources then it wont be necessary.

      You can do shakes for a while and they do bulk you out but eventually they'll make you put on too much weight and gain fat, especially if you're not getting enough gains in your workout. Only resort to shakes if you're too skinny and are willing to put in the work.

      dasun, yes you can actually. Although this wont make your breasts bigger, women who train chest benefit from lift of the breasts. SO do not skip chest day :)

    How is he building big pecs if he isn't using progressive overload, as a natty PO is the only way to increase mass and strength so I don't think that this should be shown to natural lifters, either way great video and he physique is impressive

      you can apply progressive overload by increasing weight, sets or reps. and we don't know how he manipulates his frequency or volume, but you can definitely build muscle with low intensity.
      but looking at his body he should be putting more effort on his delts rather than the titties.

      Joe Kinsella progressive overload isn't just about the weight , you could simply do more reps . But I rather have a mix of high reps and then the following week heavy weight .

      every time we do the same exercises our muscles get used to it we must have at least 5 workouts for every part of our body and we should change our exercises every week it helps us to create a big size of muscle and get our muscle in shape
