New Fuel Pump Module Assembly from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1AFPU01352
This video shows you how to install a new TRQ fuel pump in your 2005-2010 Chrysler 300. Combustion engines need three things to operate: fuel, air, and spark. If your fuel pump isn’t delivering the fuel your engine needs, it will run poorly, or not at all. Or, the pump is fine, but your fuel gauge isn’t working. Many modern pumps include an integrated sending unit. Either way, a new engineered to fit fuel pump for TRQ is just what you need.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
2005 Chrysler 300
2006 Chrysler 300
2007 Chrysler 300
2008 Chrysler 300
2009 Chrysler 300
2010 Chrysler 300

its a fuel pump issue so the car cant be turned on so how would i run it until it dies
When you take off the fuel pump relay, and you said turn on the car til it dies out, what if your car doesn't start?
Wow! Thank you for sharing this information. I learned what I needed to know. Great working video.😊🎉
Thanks for sharing info 👍
What a work. Such a dangerous thing to do
this video was so helpful thanks
Thank u for sharing info👍
If you disconnect the battery why remove the relay too?
Great help this movie. Thanks a lot.
At what point did you switch out the hoses tho?🤔
Thanks for the video, huge life saver! 👌🏼
Dear, my question is: Does a 6.4 gas pump fit on a Chrysler 6.1 without problems?
Do you know if they are compatible to dodge magnum ???
HELP>>>>Followed instruction and replaced fuel pump but then starter crank would not happen checked fuses they were OK. Took out battery? Charged it up still not start and crank?
Have check tool says no codes.??????????? What could it be? Dash lights come on.
+April Arnold We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it. Thanks for checking us out! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
Where could i find the fuel line clip ? That goes on the main line ?
What about priming the pump?
Good job sir.
I got that fixed 2 days ago and I think guy who fixed it couldn't put the metal circles that lock it in correct and smells like gas any ideas 2 why or is it cuz the metal seals didn't lock correct ?

Thank you!!
You guys are the best
I wish you guys would have mentioned the fuel pump flange removal tool it's held to get it off with this method
Wouldn’t it just be easier to drain the gasoline from the tank then replace it and then just put the gas back in?
I came here to see if theses cars have a fuel return
Great
There goes a few miles of gas on the back seat
Sounds a bit like Cecil from Invincible
300's have two fuel pumps a Primary and Auxiliary which is your filter. If your vehicle doesn't start, it is due to both pump and filter mechanism needing to be changed.
Why not mention opening on a full tank is a bad idea.
Why not tell how to know when the retention ring is seated.
I have changed loads of pumps, if the car is "no start" you can't drain the fuel line and the steps in this vid are for changing a fuel filter not a pump? It is not advised to disconnect the battery on a 300c as they are prone to electrical/comms issues, removing the relay is enough or pay a pro to do the job. I let the pump drain for longer rather than spilling the contents over the tank. Easier to fit seals after the new pump has been connected, risk dropping it into the tank. Not a very good "how to" and very ham fisted.
Don’t buy it’s to long and float want work get from store original part number!!
