Making a Cedar Keepsake Box

  • Just a box. The cedar planks are off-cuts that I got at an auction. They appear to be reclaimed tongue-and-groove wall panels, so I thought a keepsake box would be a good re-purpose for them. For the top and bottom, I used some cherry off-cuts from a previous project.
    I finished it off with high-gloss tung oil. I left the inside bare because I wanted to retain some of the natural cedar scent.
    I tried to clean up the power tool audio as best as possible but just in case, here is a HEADPHONE WARNING.
