Ie: therapy, nutritionists, medication etc. I donât have anorexia, but I do suffer from my own mental health issues. I had to change my entire lifestyle to even begin to try and recover. Children need to be protected by their parents. There are tons of ways to make sure they are safe if you make sure to do the steps. Eugenia isn't the only person on social media with this issue. They are literally everywhere. Tons of girls on tiktok, Instagram and so on posting videos and pictures that you can clearly tell there's a issue. I raised my daughter and I made sure I knew what she was doing and Watching and she has no idea who Eugenia is and she is 22. That's because I did my job as a parent because I knew it's not anyone else's job to make sure the internet was safe. Damn I would've had to get millions removed from social media if I wanted her to be able to freely be online with no bad things she might see.

The shock of seeing someone who is basically a walking skeleton with just a thin layer of flesh covering their bones never goes away..but it really gets me when i see her walking. the legs..the distance apart they are..they look like thin branches on a tree that are about to snap.
I only saw one person in my life who looked like this. A coworker of my ex's. We were at some work party and when i saw her from across the room i could not stop starring. Partly intrigued, partly horrified. It made me literally sick to my stomach after the initial shock faded. I never had such a reaction to anyone. Having Jewish roots on my mom's side and members of my family who died in the Holocaust, I studied the topic a lot in college. I remember the footage of the people when they were liberated from the concentration camps. The skeletal look, like Eugenia..barely hanging onto life bc they were being starved and worked to death. Whenever I see her that's what replays in my mind. Some people were so starved that when they got out they ate too much at once and it was too much for their system and they died bc of this.
I just don't understand how she has any energy at all to walk. I wonder if she falls down a lot. Maybe the videos are her life. She gets it together just long enough to make and post a video and then lies down the rest of the day. You cannot blame people for being shocked at the appearance. It isn't hate. It's normal human nature. Bc the weight she is.. its so alarmingly sick..all of our inner alarms go off like is this person ok? We want to help but there is no way we can. Her case just shows the depths this illness can take you to. I hope all people struggling with mental illness can learn to manage it and live fullfilling lives. Some will. Some won't. That's just how it is. We need to focus on those in our own lives who we can support and be there for..and if that person is yourself..see this as wake up call to look and find resources and support for you. Never give up on yourself.

Totally agree with you. I'm from Israel, and have only seen people like Eugenia in documentaries about the Holocaust. Locked in camps. It is definitely jarring. The only way to break through to people who need to change to save their lives though, is unconditional love and support, and gentle confronting with reality. She's an adult, she has free will. If one day she'll be mass reported as problematic because of being pretty much a banner girl for eating disorders, and she will lose ad revenue, and her liveliness will be at stake, that may move her to change. Otherwise, it looks like everything else was tried already, and what's left is support and encouragement.

Eugenia, for the past 8 years since my ED first started i followed you. I will be honest, at the time my mind was so f^cked up, and me being only fourteen years old, i wanted to look just like you.
It was like that for a while, until i slowly started to recover at the age of 18 after not wanting to live like that anymore. I was honestly so happy to see that those few months of you being gone, you came back healthy. You are not healthy, you are dying. I know how hard it is to deal with this since i myself had an eating disorder. Its OKAY to have slip ups, but you have to keep fighting. I recently relapsed last year because of stress, and personal stuff that was going on in my life & i'm now trying to keep my focus on recovery.
I remember those fears of being too scared to eat, and not feeling hungry anymore, and feeling gross about my body but you are beautiful, and i wish you could see that. Im really sorry, but i have to unsubscribe because your content is very triggering to me, and im trying to stay healthy & not let this ED continue to take over my life.

In the video the mom talks about how they were traveling somewhere and she heard a thud in the back seat. She looks behind her to see her daughter's body stiff as a board and vomiting. Her daughter died in the back seat from organ failure from the eating disorder. I immediately thought of Eugenia. She'll ultimately pass in no doubt a similar way.

Cause she was sunburnt and exposing ur skin after a sun burn is excruciating. The sun will burn u as badly as a fire. U have to cover up...I'm surprised with her bein sunburnt that she didn't have to wear long sleeves. She's obviously used to pain cause that heat and wind touching the skin will make u physically ill among other things.

Something that recently caught my eye is how in the thumbnail of each video now she outlines her body to annunciate it and get more views. She knows that will get peopleâs attention. Honestly, I originally thought her mom was orchestrating this whole thing for money/views. But now i feel like itâs her getting a high from this. She wants to be the skeleton queen.
Overall, though, the editing for the thumbnail videos is so strange. It also looks like she is snipping previous photos of herself, and pasting them on the background an old picture/backdrop of her room.

If you really liked the horses, you should check out online if there are any horse sanctuaries near you that you could either visit regularly or volunteer at. I bet people would absolutely love seeing you vlog with horses and talking with them/caring for them. Plus, it'd be a fun activity that could help you destress from your streams. You should definitely look into something like that if you really liked that experience. Having more good experiences is never a bad thing.

To those who felt upset by the title of the video, I do completely understand your frustration. There have been times I too have wished Eugenia would take seeking help on her own seriously and have felt frustrated, but at this point in time, I am just genuinely concerned for her life and those who use her as thinspo as many have, including myself. I truly don't think being upset with her or even going as far as making jokes about her appearance will solve ANYTHING for neither her or those who do currently look up to her. I really don't know what to do, but I personally am refraining from being negative, because to be honest, although she is an adult, I have always felt uncomfortable by the involvement of her mother. I'm not saying that it is an excuse for her suggestive pro ana posts, but my point is, I belive that she is suffering in a way that may not be recoverable unless she chooses that for herself and it's just devastating because every life is precious. I know the majority of us wish her the best and feel helpless and although we can't control the situation, we can control how we react, the ripple effect matters.

But going out and enjoying life and doing activities, socializing, these are healthy things and can only have a positive impact. Even if in a small way The only downside is her reading all these negative comments in reaction to it. Instead of people supporting her going out and having fun, they zero-in on a "controversial" "intentionally click bait" video title and continue to condemn her. She is a kind and warm soul who obviously is a child at heart, and it breaks mine to see so many people talk to her in such a way.
