      she isn't obsessed with herself, there is lots that she hates. She hates the 'fat' hanging off her bones (we all know its not fat but skin) to her though she see's fat, fat that she will and can get rid of. How the body works, after you stop eating the body will start using any fat storage in the body hence why she doesn't have ANY fat around ANY of her bones including her hands and eyes. After the body has finished eating up the supply of fat it starts on the muscles, guess which organ is also a muscle? Thats right, the heart. Her body atm is literally eating her heart! She WILL die from this disease, its only a matter of time. Even if she wants to get better, refeeding Syndrome will kill her. It is sad but its the truth...

      Pretty sure the breakdown isn’t just about dirty towels. The same day she got news her mother is about to die, she is watching her daughter die, and she wasted thousands of dollars throwing out an old washer and buying a new one only to not fix the issue. That’s a lot of stress, not to mention we don’t know everything going on in people’s lives behind closed doors. Be kind and have empathy. The world needs more love not judgement for showing emotion.

      On the other hand, it's rare that an obese person like Eugenia's mother lives that long. I'm not just being mean. She is legitimately obese. That is a serious health issue that leads to millions of deaths in the US every year.
      But let's only bully the mentally ill person with an eating disorder. Let's repeatedly tell her that she's going to die. That is very helpful for both her and the people in the comments struggling with their own health problems.

      She has one purpose in life, to make money for mom until she's a used up corpse, and well on her way to that as she looks like one already.
      Mom deserves prison, there has to be some kind of law she can be prosecuted for. Perhaps Eugenia has to die first? If Eugenia was 9 and looked like this, her mother would be toast. The problem here is Eugenia's age.

      My parents were the cause of my eating disorder. I'm sick of people saying it's all on Eugenia when it very well could be that her upbringing or something in her childhood caused her to develop a disorder. Sometimes parents are to blame. It's just the reality for some individuals.

    • @justanotherperson5821
      @justanotherperson5821 Pƙed rokem +11

      I agree. Most of the time family dynamics, your environment, and how you were raised play a role in EDs. Not always, but it usually does. Eating disorders are coping mechanisms, a lot of people with EDs are trying to cope with their current family dynamics or something that happened in their childhood. Or even if things with the person’s family are really good they have often not been taught by their parents how to handle their emotions and communicate properly. That is a parent’s responsibility to teach their children that when they are young. How parents raise their children effects how they see themselves, the world, and shapes them into who they are. So yes, parents 100% have an impact on their children’s mental health. And its not that parents of people who struggle with EDs or their mental health did it on purpose, most parents do try their best, but SO many fall short, either because they are struggling with their own issues or they just don’t know how to deal with some things in regard to raising children or are unaware of how certain things can affect a child. I wish all parents were required to take a class on raising children and psychology before they have kids.

My earliest memories are of her telling me I must be skinny to be beautiful. I had a rough childhood and eating has always been my way to cope so when I became overweight at 10yo she put me on a keto diet and eventually started giving me more and more products to try and lose some weight (including laxatives). When I was a teen she knew I had bulimia but she and most of my family see purging as something not only normal but good for losing weight. Even when I reached a healthy weight she would still put me down, telling me not to wear certain clothes because my fat is gonna show. If it wasn't for all the internet awareness about EDs and mental health in general I would still believe she was right

    Just an observation:
    The whole washer machine fiasco really highlighted something for me. Because I’m no Plummer, but common sense would say that if you’re putting in towels without stains and they come out with stains - it’s the water, not the machine it’s self. Especially with them knowing it’s well water.
    They both have this dependent personality where they aren’t really thinking for themselves or forming their own opinions but rely on others to make it for them.
    Anyways, a little detour from over analyzing - if it’s the well water causing stains, you may also taste/smell it from the sinks/showers also. Means that’s the well has become hard water. In that case, you do need to hire someone to check out the well. Cause overtime it will ruin your pipes.

Unfortunately I can see her mother anytime Eugenia would bring up the fact that she’d like to move out on her own her mother literally acting like she did in regards to the washing machine, I’m not saying that Eugenia ever does tell her mother that she’d like to live on her own, but I can literally see her mother flipping out hysterically like she did over a freaking washing machine And if that were to be the case, that would be abuse in one of the worst ways, mental abuse.
