Itâs creepy.. the awkward way she stares at the phone.. sheâs obsessed with herself
Yep
No one with an ED that severe is obsessed with themselves, trust me
Shes happy she's achieved her goal weight
Et les gens qui ce retourner sur elle đą
she isn't obsessed with herself, there is lots that she hates. She hates the 'fat' hanging off her bones (we all know its not fat but skin) to her though she see's fat, fat that she will and can get rid of. How the body works, after you stop eating the body will start using any fat storage in the body hence why she doesn't have ANY fat around ANY of her bones including her hands and eyes. After the body has finished eating up the supply of fat it starts on the muscles, guess which organ is also a muscle? Thats right, the heart. Her body atm is literally eating her heart! She WILL die from this disease, its only a matter of time. Even if she wants to get better, refeeding Syndrome will kill her. It is sad but its the truth...
the mother is having a breakdown over some dirty towels but doesn't care about the skeleton next to her.
I genuinely cannot see how Eugeniaâs own mother could look at Eugenia and not help. Sheâs evil. Her daughter will die any day and sheâs worried about her damn foundation and washing machine?
Pretty sure the breakdown isnât just about dirty towels. The same day she got news her mother is about to die, she is watching her daughter die, and she wasted thousands of dollars throwing out an old washer and buying a new one only to not fix the issue. Thatâs a lot of stress, not to mention we donât know everything going on in peopleâs lives behind closed doors. Be kind and have empathy. The world needs more love not judgement for showing emotion.
I do not know much this young lady ( is she acting kinda dumb or is she smart ) but she probably makeâs enough money to pay for the family. I donât know how CZcams income works.

thatâs exactly what I was thinking! the way they converse is literally me with new co workers like what
Her mom obviously has some developmental issues or anxiety problems. I would stay in my room all day to avoid her, too. She got hysterical for no reason.
It's ok! I would be hysterical to ,l if I wasted my money on a washing machine I really didn't need. We're all human!
â@@life-mm5do It's not worth stressing over. She's wealthy. It's not like it's interfering with her lavish lifestyle. Most of us would be pissed cause the money loss would effect us, that's money that could be saved for emergencies etc. She doesn't need to worry about that.
â@@ShockResistor Oprah stated she doesn't like to waste money either, she won't even waste a piece of toast she said. It doesn't matter how much money someone has ,it still affects people.

Is it not odd to anybody else that she sits in the backseat instead of up front with her mom? đ€š
im pretty sure if she sat passenger side and the airbag was released it would do a lot of damage to her already fragile body.
I think the weight minimum for air bags is 80 lbs so this is the law for her not to sit up front
xx
@@WeewohWell she was driving a lot for her license so obviously she can sit up front.
Sure is. As for the airbag, I know even in our Kia van you can opt to turn them OFF so I have zero doubt that, in whatever luxury/expensive vehicle her Mom drives, she most likely has that option as well.
I commented the same thing!
It's sad the amount of body checking, and it really sounds like a 16 year old talking to a grandma. I'm glad they spend time together, it is just a weird dynamic.
She spends everyday with her mom đ€·ââïž
â@@olyckssister Unfortunately I think it's highly unlikely she'll outlive her mother
ââââââââââââ@@iva6583 There were people who starved for years during the Holocaust. Of those who survived, many recovered and lived long lives into their 80s and 90s. One study actually found that Holocaust survivors lived 7 years longer on average than their peers.
On the other hand, it's rare that an obese person like Eugenia's mother lives that long. I'm not just being mean. She is legitimately obese. That is a serious health issue that leads to millions of deaths in the US every year.
But let's only bully the mentally ill person with an eating disorder. Let's repeatedly tell her that she's going to die. That is very helpful for both her and the people in the comments struggling with their own health problems.
@@iva6583 Highly unlikely indeed. It's more like, what will her mom do without Eugenia? She has no other daughters to exploit. She will probably be set for life since Eugenia is purposely kept as ignorant as possible so she can never leave home.
She has one purpose in life, to make money for mom until she's a used up corpse, and well on her way to that as she looks like one already.
Mom deserves prison, there has to be some kind of law she can be prosecuted for. Perhaps Eugenia has to die first? If Eugenia was 9 and looked like this, her mother would be toast. The problem here is Eugenia's age.
â@@johnpadilla4661 So the issue is that Eugenia has body autonomy?
I used to think EC's mum was EC's carer... but I'm now starting to wonder if it's the other way around đ€ her mother can be quite neurotic by the looks of it. And they're both so co-dependent on each other. I just never realised it was to such an extent.
I'm even more concerned about this situation now than I have been before.
I've thought the same. Just like with an addict. This girl is addicted to this. This is a disorder, no one is forcing her not to eat, she can tell everyone to go off themselves if she wanted to. She can't be forced into going to get help. So some people just give up.
Eugenia is in the back seat because if she sits in the front seat -- if an airbag deploys she would be killed or greatly harmed.
THIS THIS THIS!!!! Get this comment more views because I think this is the closest to the truth we'll ever be. As a daughter of a neurotic mother, it's all too similar to me. Those who know, know.
If I don't eat, my mother tells me not to talk to you or I will hit you. Why would her mother do that to her? And the third hadith: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, says: All of you are shepherds, and all of you are responsible for his flock. That is, she will be responsible for them before God on the Day of Resurrection.
Her mother gives me serious Munchausen by proxy vibes.. How the fuck would she otherwise be okay with her daughter looking like this?! đł
The mom is off. Something's not right with her.
Looks like her grandmother
She's a alcaholic
I think she may have anxiety issues. My mom acts similar and she has an anxiety disorder.
Prayers for her đđ»
There is a lot of speculation about her, one of the biggest is that she is an alcoholic. She strikes me as over medicated and somewhat intoxicated at times.
Ok now I understand better. Her mom is not mentally stable either. Clearly.
This mother is unstable. Both of them need help. I wish some of their family members would be able to convince them to get professional help. It is sad to watch those 2.
I watched my mother avoid, deny and run away from conflict and challenge my whole life. Watching Eugeniaâs mother fixate on the foundation was an eerie reminder of my own mom, oblivious of the chaos in our lives. In hindsight, I think she shut down mentally. When things were difficult, she focused on the trivialities to avoid the actual problems.
She's hardly going to address the issue when she's being filmed.
This while washing machine at 21:14 is a very weird moment to witness.
It's called being an emotionally immature parent
@@chapstickaddict435 the mom is dealing with mental issues it all makes sense now
@@chapstickaddict435 Yes itâs odd to see her so upset about the washing machine and the towels while her daughter in front of her is in this condition.
The mother is obviously mentally ill. Seems to run deep in the family. Very sad.
I fought anorexia for years, and my mom was in complete denial, not only that I HAD anorexia, but also that she had any part in that. I love my mom, but she basically raised me to become anorexic. I was in my 30s before I finally was able to put break those unhealthy patterns and put my ED behind me. I hope this young lady can get the help she needs to become wholly healthy. This video makes me so sad.
My parents were the cause of my eating disorder. I'm sick of people saying it's all on Eugenia when it very well could be that her upbringing or something in her childhood caused her to develop a disorder. Sometimes parents are to blame. It's just the reality for some individuals.
I agree. Most of the time family dynamics, your environment, and how you were raised play a role in EDs. Not always, but it usually does. Eating disorders are coping mechanisms, a lot of people with EDs are trying to cope with their current family dynamics or something that happened in their childhood. Or even if things with the personâs family are really good they have often not been taught by their parents how to handle their emotions and communicate properly. That is a parentâs responsibility to teach their children that when they are young. How parents raise their children effects how they see themselves, the world, and shapes them into who they are. So yes, parents 100% have an impact on their childrenâs mental health. And its not that parents of people who struggle with EDs or their mental health did it on purpose, most parents do try their best, but SO many fall short, either because they are struggling with their own issues or they just donât know how to deal with some things in regard to raising children or are unaware of how certain things can affect a child. I wish all parents were required to take a class on raising children and psychology before they have kids.
I feel yall so much :( Imma take this opportunity to trauma dump because I am currently curled up into a ball dealing with the horribly painful aftermath of harming my body for so long in order to meet my mother's standards. My earliest memories are of her telling me I must be skinny to be beautiful. I had a rough childhood and eating has always been my way to cope so when I became overweight at 10yo she put me on a keto diet and eventually started giving me more and more products to try and lose some weight (including laxatives). When I was a teen she knew I had bulimia but she and most of my family see purging as something not only normal but good for losing weight. Even when I reached a healthy weight she would still put me down, telling me not to wear certain clothes because my fat is gonna show. If it wasn't for all the internet awareness about EDs and mental health in general I would still believe she was right

Yeah wtf? Like alg to be upset but that was way too much! The way her and Eugenia interact is also really odd cause they both seem so vacant and fake with each other
I donât think it was so much about the towels. But the money wasted throwing away a perfectly working washing machine. And the unnecessary money spent on a new washing machine
Man, imagine freaking out that badly over a washer, when you have the money to fix it. That was super cringey to watch.
Ikr. She was acting like she just found out her home got burned down. What a histrionic family.
Just an observation:
The whole washer machine fiasco really highlighted something for me. Because Iâm no Plummer, but common sense would say that if youâre putting in towels without stains and they come out with stains - itâs the water, not the machine itâs self. Especially with them knowing itâs well water.
They both have this dependent personality where they arenât really thinking for themselves or forming their own opinions but rely on others to make it for them.
Anyways, a little detour from over analyzing - if itâs the well water causing stains, you may also taste/smell it from the sinks/showers also. Means thatâs the well has become hard water. In that case, you do need to hire someone to check out the well. Cause overtime it will ruin your pipes.
Idk I would assume it was the washer too lol actually I think that did happen one time and we replaced the washer and it didn't happen again so idk.
The mom literally stated in the video "it must be the well water" though.
Their pipes ruined it's the least of their concerns. They are completely in a parallel universe.
The sad thing is, that when people gawk and stare in public at her it probably gives her reassurance and a sense of pride that she is succeeding in her anorexia. When it should be making her realize how sick she is. Thatâs how ill the eating disordered brain is. I pray she wants to get healthy and saves herself before itâs too late
This womens mom definitely displays signs of a mental health disorder, almost like someone in the early stages of dementia when they begin acting like they are back in their childhood years. Eugenia herself comes across this way to an extent also.I dont think the washing machine freakout was as bad as others do though, tbf I'd be pissed if I bought a new machine to find the machine itself wasnt the issue. I do get the vibe though that eugenia is almost invisible to her mom, all the interactions really seem like her mom is self focused and doesn't really listen to or acknowledge eugenia. All in all I think there are mental illness factors for both and I do hope one day this isn't the case for them...

I think when people say Eugenia's mom talks to her like she's a baby, they're only half right. I get the sense that maybe her mother is developmentally delayed in some fashion. I don't think it's directed toward Eugenia specifically, it just seems to be how she speaks and acts. Something is definitely not right. That may also explain why she doesn't seem to understand that filming her anorexic daughter posing and dancing around for the internet is wrong.
I should add, now that I'm doing more research, her brother is autistic. As an autistic person myself, I totally got the vibe that her mother might be on the spectrum, especially based on how she acted about the washing machine and the way she talked. Sometimes autistic people on different ends of the spectrum can sound more childlike when they speak.
I wouldn't be surprised if Eugenia is on a part of the spectrum herself as someone who's a specialist. She is very childlike & naive (not in a derogatory way) and there's a high co-occurrence with anorexia & AS

She can't pass a mirror without looking at herself she's so vain. She's not spending a day with her Mama, if she was she wouldn't be filming it. She needs content because her viewers are sick of here SOS.
That's not a mom that's an abusive enabler.
@5:20 ... taking things literally? Aspergers? Mum's not neurotypical I reckon.
@@supacalafragalistic
Perhaps! There are loads of possibilities and things we donât know. Calling her mom an âabusive enablerâ as if we know everything about them is just awful.
@@supacalafragalistic I'm talking about supporting her daughter's anorexic delusions.
@K Eugena was finally getting help because people that actually cared about her forced it to happen. Her family butted in and stopped the treatments she was getting and people who call themselves her friend have convinced her that the people that got her help were trying to hurt her. The only reason I continue to follow her channel is in hopes that she will get help that she needs. I fully believe that she is a good person she's just very sick and needs help.
@@Konnordawg stop defending the gypsy rose Mother double
From someone who has a Mum who is emotionally immature and neurotic, I see the exact same thing here. This can be so toxic. For Eugenia it looks like her Mum likely makes herself the victim and makes Eugenia responsible for how she feels. The co-dependency is so loud.
As someone who lived with a neurotic mother for years this is so so true
I'm almost a little baffled how people actually don't catch on to this. But I suppose it's hard to spot if you haven't lived that life
And over here folks, we have two of the most brainless individuals on CZcams. I watched so you don't have to. You're welcome! Best WTF cringe moments:
1:50 - astounded guy does double take
2:00 - mother meltdown
3:16 - body check
3:39 - mother compares makeup Mario Bros. game
7:30 - "I'm just getting thiiiis...."
7:59 - excruciating checkout featuring the walking dead
10:09 - she's a big fan of me" euphoria
11:37-12:39 - fluffing her wig 18 times in less than 1 minute
13:02 - high energy narcissism
13:31 - scratch that, make that three brainless individuals
15:38 - omg not bugz, ugh!
16:11 - "oh my gooooosh, this is my ID not my credit card..."
18:39 - i have a license but obviously i don't drive, "like so many scary cars, like, yea, so like yea" ... "can't blame me"
19:14 - pink trees are coooool, guys
19:58 - "uggggh!! "these cars! no one can drive anymore! idk how they got a license"

@@carmenl163 I'll try to remember to do that. I think she's going to croak soon though.
@@krankenheim13 It's a lot of work, so I completely understand if you're not going to do this. I just thought it was very funny!
This is like a macabre pantomine.
MOM CONCERNED MORE ABOUT LAUNDRY STAINS THAN THE OBVIOUS ANOREXIA?...OK
Of course Eugenia took her jacket off to show her arms and shoulders even though it was too cold for a sleeveless shirt.
The situation she is showcasing and trying to normalize is SO dangerous.
Just stop these comments already...it is just cruel

Besides, I am "an independent " individual as well and can comment however I wish...
Welcome to the real world, hypocrite
I really donât like her mother. She is really odd and weird. She probably was made fun of most of her life. Acts like a child and so condescending.
this reminds me of the gypsy rose case, i don't know why because they're very diffrent but similar at the same time. Both of their moms controll them and can't get rid of them. They can see that they're obvisly not okay, duh especially with eugenia cooney, theres no hope for eugenia we'll just have to wait for her to die, don't know what her mom will react to that but we'll wait and see. if this is how her mom acts off camera you can only imagine how unhinged she can be off camera
1:50 The guy was like WTF was that a skeleton?
I would do same

Eugenia's physique is a bit shocking. Hopefully she didn't notice and that's why he's not edited out.

You don't know what her mother thinks....I think there is a lot of stress on this family. Years of criticism, SWAT, people making false emergency calls, people trying to sneak around their property..
Really, what is your stress threshold?!
The guy who walked past in the background and did a double take when Eugenia was vlogging was already thinking what we all do
I don't understand when grown women behave like teenagers.... This lifestyle is so shallow, vain and empty.
god forbid a woman acts feminine, youâre looking for something to hate about her because of her eating disorder
So explain to me why her mom freaks out about towels at the end, yet never is concerned about her daughter. I saw a clip of her even admitting she thinks her daughter is fine. I hope more people take this more seriously, her mom seems dangerous
"I hope more people take this more seriously." wtf are we supposed to do?

because she cant make money off her washing machine lol
She is absolutely insane!
Yup!
She reminds me if my mom it's gotta go her way and if doesn't oh no it's not good
@@georgettehelena People make me laugh so much thinking Eugenia's money supports this family. You know they are millionaires right? The tiny amount Eugenia brings in only pays for her makeup and maybe the small amount of rent her parents make her pay for still living in their house even though she is 30.
Anyone notice the man at 1:50 looked back at herâŠ. Thinking this poor girl

it's not tho. Just checked it.
My god she is so vain what an exhibitionist.
I can't believe her mother will go out in public with her looking like that. If she's upset about her mother dying... imagine how she'll be when she finds her daughter dead?
The mother looks devasted for laundry, not for the only disaster that matters.
She moves like a 90 year old.. itâs so sad to see. Strange interactions with her mum too, why be in the back of the car like a child
