i decided on Nov 1st 2018 to start doing yoga, only did it a few times before. Randomly found Sarah beth and realized she provides what works with my flow. Since then i have not missed a day of yoga, 2024 and still have not missed a day with Sarah Beth. There are days where I can only do a 5 minute routine and even that is a challenge, but then other days I do 30 minutes and feel like doing more. I know that showing up is the hardest challenge and I want everyone to know, that they are awesome and I am really happy to hear that people are showing up, love it, good job everyone and thank-you Sarah Beth for providing this for us. I remember falling out all the time on poses that I find are too easy for me now, it is amazing to realize that. Trust me, if you show up everyday you will be saying the same thing. It is easy to be insecure when in a class but when one is by themself at home it is just as easy to laugh so much when you fall out that you end up smiling all day at your stumbles.
I love that you get right into the class without any chit-chat, but still give clear instructions and inspiring words throughout the practice💚😊. Thank you Sarah!🙏

I definitely needed that little pep talk. I was feeling like giving up on life, but forced myself to "show up". Your pep talk is what I needed to hear. I started cry 😭 in the middle of this, it gave me the strength I needed.

Thank you for a constant variation in content too keep coming back to the mat a pleasure not a chore. For 2019 I wanted to show myself how I can be a dedicated person and with the help of your videos daily I was able to complete 365 days of Yoga. Never missed a day. Not for holidays or sickness. It’s silly but I’m always grateful that tell us to thank ourselves for showing up to the mat. It is often the hardest thing. And then you add the willpower piece which makes me think I am building willpower and I never even thought that. So thank YOU! For your encouragement and faith in me!
I feel like this one was made for me. I started crying during the first humble warrior, which has never happened to me before during practice, but today it only made me push harder. Even the symbolism of the Phoenix is very personal to me. What a way to start my day. Thank you!

I was able to move on from the beginner videos yesterday and I am so proud that I can still follow your class without the in depth instructions in the beginner videos.
But I did learn today that I am not able to do a 15 Minute routine before I had breakfast and a shower. - so I only did the first 10 minutes and will come back to another practice during the day.
This is the first time I wasnt able to complete something without feeling discouraged from trying further. I learned that Yoga is a journey and as long as I have fun doing it I will see progress - and sometimes my body will tell me that I am not quite where I thought I was too. But thats okey and I have a lot of progress in my poses, my stretches and my overall well being to look back on after just the two weeks I have been doing this now.
So thank you for that. I finally feel able to improve my health and strength

I come back to this practice regularly. It helps me to ground down, slow down and really settle into each pose. Beautiful stretches.
I LOVED this video! I am trying to commit to a morning fitness routine, but I hate waking up early. I was really tired when I started, but I was energized and awake when I finished! Today on 12/9/2020 I completed all of your videos on CZcams. It took me 9 months, but I did about 2 a day. I challenged myself, my body, and my mind. My kids (13 and 10) and husband would at times join me too. I am grateful for your videos.

Hey SarahBeth, I love your videos and have been doing them for a couple of years now (I hardly ever go to an actual yoga class now!). I would say that this is not an ideal one to label as a morning yoga session though -- it's pretty intense, and not great if you haven't already been up for a while and are already warmed up. Your other morning videos are great though! Hope this feedback helps and thanks again for all your videos!!

I love your channel, Sarah Beth! I know it for a couple of years now and always come back.
I got back to yoga after I had issues motivating myself doing it during the pandemic, I got fired, couldn't find a new job (thank goodness now I have one), moving to another apartment, other stresses etc. I just wasn't able to get myself on my mat.
But now I'm doing yoga every morning and evening with the help of your videos and I feel so much better. This routine here was really nice for my morning today. Doing it and looking at the red rising sun from my window I definitely felt like phoenix rising from the ashes. :-)
