I agree Alex, it's a lovely technique isnt it. It makes yoga accessible for people who may have experienced trauma. Not telling folks what what they are feeling/should be feeling but just an invitation to be curious of our bodies and notice any sensations. It's a sign of a well informed teacher 🙏🏻 💕

Every time I saw a 20mins stretching video, I always assume ‘yeah, a breeze’ but WRONG again! This was the toughest yet but amazing video nonetheless! Love all the poses which I have not done for a while: the cow legs and shifting back and sit on our heels (as I have pain in one knee, It was really difficult on one side but on the other side, it was perfect.) And it’s great to try some of those poses I have never come across: toes hug and the other one, whilst in low lunge, we have our hands inside one of the knee/leg which was at the edge of the mat while trying to sit the opposite hip on the mat (this I found quite strong, I don’t seem to be able to straighten my arms while keeping my the opposite knee/leg in its original place on the mat ). I will definitely have to add this to my regular practice as after the practice, it has lessened the knee pain, I expect this was as a result that all the associated muscle to the knee have been stretched. Thanks!

I love the 20 minute yoga. I get bored trying to do an hour. I will follow Sarah for 20 minutes. . .almost daily. Thanks for making it count!

Great routine, TERRIBLE abrupt ending..."That's it" & a promotion for other videos...way to kill any sense of calm & relaxation created during the routine!! A few more seconds of quiet stretch would have been more appropriate!

Come on guys, accepting a little criticism won't kill anyone. How on earth can some one "actually like" an advertisement when you are getting ready for shavasana?

Like many others I love how you told me to pay attention to the sensations on my body after a stretch. It really helped me focus on the stretch I’m doing and where I need to be focusing on that stretch

  • @toniannenapolitano4631

This was amazing! Great stretches that don't put too much pressure on the knees, soothing voice, and feel very relaxed at the end.

Started following Sarah on you tube since before christmas and I do a daily practice with my wife. I am amazed what strength and flexibility I have gained. Now to see what happens with a daily video until next Christmas! Who's in to find out how good they can be?

I love how you get every little point in your descriptions. You describe what you're doing so well that we have the choice to watch the video you've given us (I always do, just to make sure I am doing it right >.>) or to put on some beautiful visualisation videos. I usually play some soft isochronic tones for stress relief, or Tibetan signing bowls, or the Chinese flute... I love that you give us the option to play our own relaxing tapes over your instructions! You're def one of my fav yoga channels

Thank You. I was not a fan of Yoga years ago because I didn't like the chanting in the classes. Now, I've found videos that focus on the workout part; not the spiritually aspect. Thank you. I made it through the video!

Thank you for allowing silent pauses and not filling pauses with constant talking. Some instructions are constantly talking which works for some people, but it makes it difficult for me to relax and enjoy the yoga.

This is one of my favorites! The low lunges, foot massages, and booty drops felt amazing today! I would love it if you could make a 15- or 20-minute flow for people who stand all day at work. Thanks for all you do for my body and mind! :)

God bless you Sarah Beth, I have been practicing yoga with you for almost two months now and it has changed my life! You've inspired me to become a yoga instructor one day and I'm so excited to continue learning from you! Thank you for all that you do, keep up the amazing work!

I'm an avid yogi of 8 years and I woke up feeling SO tight this morning, as if I'd never practiced yoga in my life! This stretch was awesome because I could control the intensity and add variations for whatever level I was feeling today. Your voice is very relaxing and I enjoyed the music. Thank you!

I've been using many instructors and sessions, but can definitively say that this is one of my favorite for getting started in the morning. The positions are accessible through very gentle (and well described) transitions; loosening me up to do more intense routines as my body awakes. Thank You!
