    I’ve been practicing with you for a few months now and the improvement is amazing! I find the kind of practice I need for any given moment all under one roof! That’s awesome!     I like the way SaraBeth categorizes her videos. For example, if my arms are injured, I can do her quick abs or tight hips videos. I also love that she makes 15 minute videos, 30 minute videos, etc., so I can do what I have time for. She is very clear and explains things well. Her videos are so helpful, esp. during coronavirus.

    SarahBeth 🤦🏽‍♀️ by the time I got to the last childs pose ... I was so light.. like I didn't even feel my body... it was like doing the hard stuff (hips stretches are tough for me) allowed me to rest in peace when the time came 🤯🙇🏽‍♀️

    It was a leg day for me yesterday and my muscles were really sore. I can't explain how good these stretches felt. I wanted to rewind and do 2 more sets. Really makes me feel much better after the soreness ❤😊🙏🏼 thank you

    Thank you for what you do. You truly enhance my life. I do aerial survey work and so I travel two weeks out of the month, living in hotels and moving from town to town. I sit in a small plane for up to six hours out of the day and sleep in all types of weird places.
    Every money that I make time for your practice, I am grateful. Grateful for the accessibility, for the simplicity and most of all I’m grateful for your message.
    I’m out here doing funny unnatural things to my body, but you and your team help keep me moving naturally both physiologically and psychologically.

    I wasn’t too sure about the booty drop and how I was doing the moves. But 5 minutes after finishing I felt great and could really feel the legs feeling loose and nice. I went from uncertain to happy. Love these.

    I honestly think your deep stretches are like magic.
    I’m 3 months postpartum and my hips are so tight from carrying my baby and having my 4 year old climb me. After doing this my hips and legs definitely feel looser and more mobile.

    Thanks Beth ,I have had awful lower back pain because of disk degeneration in my lower back for last few years , Since doing your yoga videos on You tube my pain has gone and I feel calmer .I have got rid of all the pain killers as I now know the way forward for my lower back .

    I liked the side stretch, felt great after sitting at my desk all day. But my favourite thing is doing Yoga in front of the Christmas Tree! Awesome.

    This is the best yoga video I have ever done! All the other yoga videos I go to make me super tensed because of the super hard to do poses, but this video really helped me let go, and even taught me how to clean my room!!

    Thanks for the hip stretches that help me release the tightness in my right hip that I think I have an injuried. I am a veteran in doing yoga and lately, I have not been able to get into my yoga positions without pain. Thank again this help a lot.

    Hi SB, I'm very much a beginner\ dip in once in a while, type. So I love this quick routine as I took a run yesterday and needed to stretch today. Nice and simple and GREAT flow for lovely deep stretches. I think I it's the flow that was so good about this one. Loved it. Thank you!

    Exactly what I needed after work today. Thank you ❤ It was amazing how much my breath loosened my hips. I did the modified side lunge through most, and then the last one I naturally flowed into the deeper stretch without even noticing. It was such a beautifully powerful feeling.

    Sarah has a recreational hockey player over the years my hips have gotten very tight. After following your instructions they feel relaxed and opened. I can't to try your 25 minutes hip session

    The thing where you drop your butt to the mat is the absolute best. I had knee surgery three years ago and I'm also a professional dog walker so my hips and knees need everything, that gave me an incredible release that helped alleviate some pain I've been dealing with all week!

    Hiii sarah, this was the first time i genuinely felt grounded with a yoga session. I'm in a very toxic situation right now and im having a hard time coping with it while I cant leave yet.     9 mins in and I had to stop @sarabethyoga.......being with disabilities the bootie drop was extremely difficult and my wrists started hurting even with my splints on and my right low back. Thank you for this practice and I know you have other hip openers that I can do a little easier. Love and Hugs.......jillie
