I love the spooky themed opponents that Baba pits against the gang. Krillin's bald head being bitten was funny! And it's always a treat to hear Melon Puar!

2:03 in the Japanese version the vampire explains that "Actually, I'm not done with my dance yet". The FUNimation dub removes this line and rewrites Krillin's to make it sound as if he somehow attacked Krillin with his mind or something, when really Krillin was just falling over from shock to punctuate the punchline.

Krillin took a bigger L than Yamcha.
Fairly speaking, Krillin in OG Dragon Ball is always a little bit weaker than Yamaha. Yamaha's foundation is better. Krillin never had his own unique fighting style until Z, Yamaha has already created Wolf Fang fist in his very early debut. In second tournament, he is also the second one to successfully use Kame Hame Ha, Krillin wasn't even sure he could do it. Spirit bomb is also Yamaha's own skill. Krillin doesn't have one in OG Dragon Ball
@hmw4166 While I agree that Yamcha had a better foundation than Krillin at the start of Dragonball, Yamcha was still weaker than Krillin in the 21st tournament due to Master's Roshi's training and didn't catch up until he trained under Master Roshi himself. Also, Yamcha is always far outclassed and always loses in the quarter-finals, often to the main opponent, while Krillin made it to the semi-finals in the 21st and 22nd tournaments. On a side note, Chiaotzu mastered a lot of key techniques early on, including the flying technique which every one uses in Z and Super, but Krillin, without those special techniques, was still the stronger fighter. 🤷🏾♂️
@@xman48205 It's all about opponents. Yamacha's opponents are always the strongest or Top three in the tournament. From Roshi to Tien to Kami himself, he almost always faced the strongest earlier, but he always managed to give them some troubles. Chiaozu is much weaker than Tien, so Krillin defeated Chiaozu doesn't represent him being stronger than Yamacha.

as you can see all Baba's warriors are dead and demons from hell this proves that she already died long time ago because of her age. Actually this is the alternate way to revive someone even without dragon god like she did to Freeza and Vegita although it's only half life because they still have this Halo on their heads. There's also a movie where Freeza and all of the Villains got out from Hell.
I believe that was involving Janemba and the first iteration of Gogeta, but I can't remember the name of the movie
shes (baba) not dead. she, like Roshi, is just hundreds of years old without being dead for reasons never explained.

Yamaha can't sense energy because he doesn't have alot of energy. He need to have power to sense power.
I don't think sensing energy was invented yet.
This Is why none of the z warriors could sense beerus. Because beerus a immortal God that stronger than everyone. Only dende could sense him because he a God too.

@@davidwilliams316 when he learned it from training with kami just like goku learned it, which btw it's kinda bs that it had to be kami to teach them when Roshi can do it and even Korin can ,sensing energy has nothing to do with powerlevel,vegeta had more powerlevel then goku and he still could sense energy same thing with frieza
