  • In this video tutorial I tried to classified Analysis steps of CAE/Abaqus. I also discussed about increment & iteration. Apart form I also explain .inp, .dat, .sta files.
I just gather the details from Abaqus Documentation, Wikipedia & two great FEA books - "Practical Finite Element Analysis" & "CONCEPTS AND APPLICATIONS OF FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS"

Nice video. Please how can we apply an electric field to a model in abaqus? Thanks in advance

      Dear,
You need to change module. File - New Model Database - with electromagnetic model.

SimTech05 there’re quite limited videos on electromagnetic model. Basically I’m working on polymer composite dielectric material, so I want to measure the dielectric breakdown strength of the model using abaqus. I will be grateful if you can guide me on that in this comment section. Thank you so much.
