    Ingredients:
    Boneless Chicken thighs: 750 gm
    Marination:
    - Salt: to taste
    - Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp
    - Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
    - Cumin powder: ¼ tsp
    - Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
    - Kasuri methi: ½ tsp
    - Lemon: ½
    Green paste:
    - Coriander leaves: 1 cup
    - Mint leaves: 1 cup
    - Green chilies: 6-8
    Other ingredients:
    - Curd: 4-5 tbsp (hung)
    - Besan: 2 tbsp
    - Mustard oil: 2 tbsp
    - Oil: 3 tbsp (for frying)
    - Skewers: 6 or as required
    Description:
    1. Wash chicken and drain excess water
    2. Marinate chicken with all ingredients as listed in marination list and keep aside
    3. Prepare a green paste in a mixer jar by adding coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies
    4. In a bowl add curd, gram flour and mustard oil and mix well (no lumps), add prepared green paste to it and mix well
    5. Add this curd mixture to the chicken, chaat masala, mix well and keep for marination in a fridge for one hour
    6. Insert chicken pieces in skewers
    7. In a pan heat oil at medium flame, once oil is moderately hot add chicken skewers, cook for 2-3 minutes and flip other side, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes
    8. Now roast chicken skewers directly on flame till u get nice brown spots
    9. Chicken pahadi tikka is ready to serve
