INGREDIENTS:
FOR CHICKEN MARINATING
Boneless Chicken - 220 gm
Salt to taste
Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 TBSP
Green Chilli paste - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
FOR GREEN PASTE
Coriander leaves - 1 Small bunch
Mint leaves - 1/2 Small bunch
Green Chillies - 2 nos
Dry Fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
Mustard oil - 1 TBSP
Salt to taste
Cumin Powder - 1 TBSP
Cloves - 8 nos
Black Pepper - 10 nos
FOR SECOND MARINATION
Mustard oil - 2 TBSP
Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
Roasted gram flour - 1 TBSP
Salt to taste
Hung curd - 2 TBSP
Prepared green paste
Pinch of chaat masala

Ghar mein tandoor nahi hota hai toh kaise smoky flavour de sakte hai chef
1 bowl ya koi round bartan le lijiye, or cooked chicken ko 1 jali ya strainer per rakh lijiye, or 1 chotta bowl me thoda sa butter/ ghee/ mustard oil jo aapko achha lagta ho, 80ml us chotta bowl me le lijiye or bada wala bow me rakh lijiye, hot pura heat charcoal chhota butter wala bowl me dal dijiye , or upar se jali per rakha huwa cooked chicken ko us bowl ke uper rakh kr dhak dijiyega, Smokey flavour aa jayega.....
