Aloo Bhaji Recipe I Aloo Sabzi I Easy & Tasty
Ingredients:
Oil: 3 tbsp
Potatoes: 3-4 medium
(peel, cut and wash thoroughly)
Onion: 2 medium (cut in slice)
Green Chilies: 2
Tomatoes: 2 medium (cut in small pieces)
Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: ½ tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: To Taste
Water: 3-4 tbsp or as required
Fresh Corinader: For Garnishing
Description:
1. In a vessel heat oil at high flame, add onion and green chilies and saute till onion turns translucent
2. Add potatoes and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes on medium flame
3. Add tomatoes along with dry spices and salt, mix well and add water
4. Turn the flame low, cover and cook till potatoes are completely cooked
5. Slightly mash the tomatoes after opening the lid
6. Garnish with fresh coriander
7. Aloo bhaji is ready to serve
