I hv watched ur every video i hv suger in last Augest 2019 and started green smoothy and all diet from september my medicines stop after a month thank u so much again i m enjohing little sweats even though my suger went pp 166 or 170 first itwas 400 pp and fasting 286 hba1c was 9.9 now its 8.1 and 97 and 166. ffd diet does not allow dairy products, go for tofu instead of paneer, tofu only once a fortnight

Wow...i normally select soup...dal tadka salad etc as most of us diabetics know the consequences..but the multiple choice that u hv gvn us is amazing...i used to avoid chhole or rajma..medu vada. Etc .!! Thanks for ur efforts in enlightening us(diabetics)!! Dining out with children is a common thing nowadays for most parents in cities(diabetics r in gd numbers) ...selecting new hotels each time!!

Great information Thank you! You are a big helper. I finish my dinner by 6:30 to 6:45 pm. try to increase time in morning breakfast by 8:30 to 9 am. eat Start green smoothie also. stop eating roti and rice. I am not diabetec but my a1c is 6.0. trying to get to 5.6 a1c. Watching on CZcams help me a lot. What to eat and what to avoid food. I feel good. Thanks Dr. Tripathi 🙏

Do khoa, ghee raise sugar levels ?
Paneer is Cassein or Protein and I wonder why you ask to avoid. Agreed not popular or known in Maharashtra but it is a staple food for North Indians. They also have grilled paneer as afternoon snack in offices.

Dairy is better than all the dishes you listed as it reduces carb to glucose rato. Fat takes most time to digestion.

Brother reality is different in udupi mangalore hotels proliferating all across south the hotel owners are promoting carb only neer dosa rava dosa no pulses used the only harshal rich item in south udupi hotels meri vada or uddin vada then i idlis with uvar dhal have become thumb sized replaced by plate idlis only rice then excepting aloo bhajhi for masala dosa no other vegetables used in south indian udupi mangalore hotels the sambhar they give only sambhar masala no dhal but with onion so therefore don't expect real dhal rich food in udupi mangalore style hotels in south only carbs and carbs galore and the medium.if cooking palm iil called fortune oil man then their kichdi called pongal has least moong dhal but full of tasty powder man their place veg style full of cheap bread pieces no vegetables so thus mangalore hotels spread across south catering only carbs nothing else now pesarettu andhra style disa full of

It is good and helpful to resort to intermittent fasting now and then. It may conveniently be the practice for life-time to keep diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and thyroid problems at bay for ever, obesity of course avoiding for all the time...
In order to keep insulin and pills away, it is advisable to resort to intermittent fasting for the remaining life. Depending on severity of blood glucose levels, frequency may be changed, but stopping fasting permanently is not at all advisable...
This is a new life-style and one should adopt it if one wishes to keep pills and insulin away simultaneously having blood sugar within the acceptable norms all the time...
