    Thank you !!!! I usually eat some missing foods before the day I juice fast ( weekly once) , so that the cells get time to clean off the load and rejuvenate ...
    on the day I fast , I won’t do exercise .
    Also, on a daily basis, to get rid off the cravings, I observed that having LAUNG or cloves is beneficial . It suppresses the desire to eat and its nature of giving warmth and spicy ness is little addictive . However it’s good for the microbes and it also acts like blood thinner .. I checked my sugars and they are under perfect control ... please evaluate and include this data if it’s useful ... appreciate ur review ...

    Hunger is also triggered by a hormone..its cyclic. I find a spoonful of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water works very well ro suppress hunger. (To be followed by gargling.. very important.) Acv has a number of additional benefits.

    Extraordinary body type-
    From last 30 years I am facing problem of continuous and intense high hunger. I need to take 5 full meals a day. If I become even 5 minutes late, then it badly affects my body. Also, continuous thirst and polyurea.
    All reports are almost normal. No diabetes.
    The root cause is Not yet diagnosed.

    Sir, I don't have diabetes or thyroid. I have no diseases and I'm a 32 year old female and no matter how healthy I eat I always feel hungry and I exercise also but still I am unable to keep my weight down. Im on psychiatric meds but I've checked with my doctor and she said she hasn't put me on appetite inducing drugs so why am I not successful? Please advise 🙏🙏
