Sir,after seeing your video on Antigravity exercise ie climbing the stairs, I devidded to give s Try today and I was thrilled. Today, my pp sugar taken at 3.10 was 188 and after climbing staircase 120 steps, again checked my sugar at 3.20, lo! it was showing 160. Amazing drop of 28 points in 5 minutes. I would like to watch more of your videos and then decide to join for diabetic reversal.I am 73 now and both long term Diabetic 30 plus years and on Insulin gir past over 10 years the blood sugar levels are within the 120-180 ,range.Leading an active lifestyle 👍🙏

Sir, my fasting sugar 192 and pp level is 324. Few days back I came to know that I have type 2 diabetic and diagonase with gall bladder stone. My age is 31. Can I do all this exercises.
For an average built diabetic person maintaining normal body weight will it cause more weight loss? Can exercises and diet changes with weight maintenance be done?
We used a Stepper machine instead of actual stair climbing. It was much effortless but more effective. Could see av reduction of 50 to 105 points.

Evening 8 floor 2 or 3 times .
My A1C dropped from 11.7 to 6.0 .
Now dose one matformine in whole day With normal diet .
Before sleep one glass cow milk also .
Pl.be careful..I know at least two Doctors who suffered heart attack due to overdoing stairs climbing.Best is to climb 3-4 stairs twice in a day.

The climbing in the morning is also after breakfast or can be done early in the morning on empty stomach

Idly and medu vada is dangerous for diabetic . It consist of only carbohydrate . Eat vegetable and non veg only.
