In theory, no.. Atleast, not in the UK.. This would not be classed as a registered mobility aid..
If someone wants to do some bribery to get it registered as a mobility aid, then you could ride that on pavement, road, inside shops, etc legally..

That's what Sur-rons and Talarias are going for and it's a reasonable price. They offer less utility then this does but more top speed and power. 10K is way too much for what this offers.

You can buy a gas ATV for $7000 with 4x4, drive 2x faster, with night lights, road capabilities and much much more. Wouldn't buy that even if it was $2000

My exact thought... Had a 2014 Yamaha grizzly 700 cost me 8500 $ that thing was a beast it would power wheelie in 2wd mode... Man I should never sold it
