  • Hey there everyone Its finally here the 1 million sub Massive Motor Melt Down. This was a brutal breakdown and my hands feel like they have been through a grinder but after a long week of Breaking Melting and Editing its definitely all worth it. A touch under the 30KG mark of pure copper from this big motor which im pretty happy about as i guessed i would only get about 25KG. Now I know this is a super long video but i had well over 9 hours of footage i compressed down to 34 minutes. I hope you do enjoy the longer video today , Now sit back and take a load off for half an hour and check out this Scrapyard found Massive motor melt.
Feel like supporting the channel it wont cost you a cent as you can Simply just donate some of your time. By just by allowing the ads to play through this will help out a lot and that’s how I make a bit extra revenue and the good thing is more revenue means more giveaways and more treats for the dogs👊🏻😄. A better way to support the channel is play one of my playlists on your computer before you walk away from it and let it play through that really helps as well but don’t ever feel as though you need to watch the ads if you don’t want to simply skip them and move into the video it’s completely up to you and I understand if you don’t have the time to do so👌🏻and like I always say if you like the rings shown and used in this video be sure to check out the description where you can get 20% off the already discounted rings using my code and if you want to try your hand at melting yourself you can buy the burner on its own or the whole furnace set up and I can organize a 5% link for you off the total furnace price just email me on bigstackddddd@mail.com 😁👍🏻.

HOW TO MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it.

@@cricketthebeardie325 I get it, because iron(atomic number 26, also known as Fe) is a metal. And irony is the concept of utilizing language, that signifies the opposite, as a humorous device. By combining these two, you make use of word play, which is the witty exploitation of the meanings and ambiguities of words, especially in puns.
The result is a clever ‘pun’.

@@cricketthebeardie325 My apologies, in my rush to get my point across, I forgot to elaborate why - or perhaps how - I found it witty.
It all began when I was five years of age. My mother and I - henceforth “we” - would always think up new ways to transfigure everyday words into peculiar variations of said words. Results were often ridiculous in nature and we’d resort to laughter upon the realisation that our concoction of words bore no meaning.
Though, through trial and error, I slowly began to comprehend the concept of irony and chucklesome nature behind it.
Hopefully my explanation could reinforce the concepts I inferred in my previous comment.

The formula for the videos is simple - Get something, chop it up, melt it down... But then when you really watch the content, it's carefully made to provide an entertaining yet informative experience. The inside jokes: the pups; the beers; the weird socks; the hidden food; Mr whippy and the random activities/props, all prove that these videos are thought out and purpose built for entertainment. Hey BigStack! I used to work in a motor repair shop. The way we pulled the windings out of a motor that size was to use an air chisel to cut one of the ends off the winding, then use a flame wand to burn off all the varnish. The coils would just pull out of the other end. Lot less messy.

A company I worked for used to buy these used motors all the time, they are super heavy-duty and most of the time can be still used or repaired for a lot cheaper than the cost of a new one. Some of the companies near me, especially Procter and Gamble, used to tear down entire process lines and just "junk" everything, so the resellers that bought up the entire line used to have all these motors and tanks and other stuff we'd buy used. Saved so much money.
