- A dry curry dish with incredible flavour, Chicken Rending is slow cooked and stewed in coconut milk and many types of spices. It is one of the traditional dish prepared by our Malay friends during Hari Raya and other festive occasions.
You can serve this flavourful rendang dish with steamed white rice, thick slices of bread, Lemang (glutinous rice cooked in bamboo tubes), Nasi Minyak (rice flavoured with whole dried spices and ghee) or the classic Nasi Lemak (Coconut Milk Rice).
在椰奶和多种香料中慢慢炖煮出极佳的仁当风味。它是我们马来同胞在开斋节（Hari Raya）和其它节日期间准备的传统菜肴之一。
您可以将这种美味的仁当风味与蒸白米饭，面包片，竹筒饭（用竹筒煮熟的糯米饭），马来油饭（用全干香料和酥油调味的米饭）或经典的椰浆饭一起食用。

椰子酱沒看过，多半人放抄干的椰絲
Semasa kisar bahan dan bumbu boleh campur air, lepas tumis tidak boleh campur Air Asam jawa.. Asam keping miss out 1 keping, rasa masam sedikit, bukan rasa Air asam jawa.. Jija hedak taraf yg lebih tinggi, Isi Ayam boleh marinate dengan serbuk kujid 1 spoon, mada 20 minutes, baru mula mengoreng 80 per cent masak sahaja.. Ok.
