    Thanks for sharing, I never want to wipe dry the chicken, as after that I can get lots of juice to eat with the rice. In fact I will add in spoons of water.

    Hallo Too Chef.. Bahan yg kamu miss out.. Belachen goreng 2 sudu, Cabi kidar 5 sudu dan garam, chicken stocj adalah Step Pertama yg paling mustahak di reciou tetsebut.. Asam keping miss out 2.keoing ,buah Pelaga 5 biji, Bawang potong kasar, Bawang panjang Se pokok.. Ladt 20 secound baru turun dalam kuah ikan.. Finished work. Ok.. Gd job!

Ini bukan Curry Hindu, kerana kamu sudah bubuh Santan Segar haya.. 400 gm, untuj 4 paha ayam, Cabai kisar sudah kurang 5 sudu, Serbut kujid 1.tea spoon, chicken stock, Belachen goreng 2.sudu ,Buah Chinkey 3 biji, Santan segar lebih bagus, kerana Santa kotak ada ubat.. pengawit.. Ok.. Gd job. !

    Semasa kisar bahan dan bumbu boleh campur air, lepas tumis tidak boleh campur Air Asam jawa.. Asam keping miss out 1 keping, rasa masam sedikit, bukan rasa Air asam jawa.. Jija hedak taraf yg lebih tinggi, Isi Ayam boleh marinate dengan serbuk kujid 1 spoon, mada 20 minutes, baru mula mengoreng 80 per cent masak sahaja.. Ok.

    Hallo Top Chef.. Recipi kamu bagus dan istimewah, jika curry kepala ikan patut ada santan 300 gm, ini curry sama dengan Curry hindu style.. Tak biasa lihat orang bubuh kayu manis, ini bukan Curry Ayam. ? Haya bungah rawang, buah pelaga ,rempah biji hitam yg garus, dan daun curry pun sudah miss out , belachen goreng dan garam adalah step pertama yg paling mustahak.. Jika kuah belum medidek, jangan bubuh kepala ikan lagi,, isi ikan akan hancur ya.. Ok.. Gd job, thank u!
