The Ford F-Series is a series of trucks marketed and manufactured by Ford since the 1948 model year. Slotted above the Ford Ranger in the Ford truck model range, the F-Series is marketed as a range of full-size pickup trucks.[1] Alongside the F-150 (introduced in 1975), the F-Series also includes the Super Duty series (introduced in 1999), which includes the heavier-duty F-250 through F-450 pickups, F-450/F-550 chassis cabs, and F-600/F-650/F-750 Class 6-8 commercial trucks. The most popular version of the model line is the F-150 pickup truck, currently in its 14th generation.
Introduced in 1967, the fifth-generation F-series pickup was built on the same platform as the 1965 revision of the fourth generation. Dimensions and greenhouse glass were increased, engine options were expanded, and plusher trim levels became available during the fifth generation's production run. Suspension components from all 1969 F-Series models are completely interchangeable. {TAKEN FROM WIKI}

Back in the day when a truck was a truck.
You're totally correct and back when trucks were not only beautiful but they weren't overpriced and made out of plastic unlike modern trucks.
@@CJColvinmodern trucks arenât plastic. Have you seen plastic dent. No
The inside are but the 1968 dashboard is also plastic.
@classicalhollywood3254 Some body panels on modern trucks are plastic though.

I watch these for so many reasons. The psychology, ad design, casting choices, dialog, etc. It's fascinating.

After watching this video, I got an ad for the '21 F-150. No, thanks. I'd much rather have a '67.
Rolling automatic door locks? I thought that was an early 2000s invention. I never heard of it till I rode in a friend's car in 2013.
My '98 Taurus wagon has that.
