Should I do a part two? I want to re-do and make “the real” versions of a bunch of these! Also, it sounds like I should invest in some tempered chocolate practice... 😂
For the icecream cone latte, do like they do with Drumsticks icecream: fill the tip of the cone with chocolate first, to seal it.
do you mean, the "reel" version
Yes yes yes yes please 😂
Yes I'd love to see the real versions!!
yes please make the real versions! I would like a tried and true recipe for coffee jelly
Even without the coffee, combining all the gummy bears into one flavor sounds gross.
You should show them how it's done. Maybe mix quality coffee with plain gelatin and put it in milk?
Unless all the gummy bears all taste the same anyway, as is often the case with cheaper brands.
I was thinking the same, and for the shape I thought it would be interesting to make it like tapioca pearls
And for the cone coffee, a less strong cold dalgona-like mix
Coffee jelly-? 🥺
@@foxylovers290 yessssss I was just about to comment this
I think I'll stick to eating gummy bears and drinking coffee separately...

We used to serve “Coffee in a Cone” in the coffee shop in South Africa I managed. They used to have a really thick layer of chocolate right from the bottom until about +- 35ml was left. Once dried we would do an espresso macchiato. It is super popular, the guy who created it; Dayne Levinrad is selling world wide.
I WAS JUST THINKING IT WOULD BE SO MUCH BETTER WITH A CHOCOLATE SEAL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONE
Mmm yum lol, I never say yum but still, YuM
omg where is this coffee shop located? (hoping that it's in cape town🥺😂)
I live in south Africa, really wanna try it!!
@@911_terrorist Its probably in Joburg cause I live in Cape town and work in a coffee shop and there is nothing like that here.
Now expecting a proper coffee jelly recipe, thank you very much.

Saiki would approve 😎👌
Yeah
BWB made some good ol coffee jelly
yare yare
I think for the cone latte one, you could've used melted chocolate, poured into the cone to kinda seal the bottom of the cone? hehehe i would love to try that one but the rest, i don't really think so hahahaha
yea thats what you're supposed to do but the recipe was not clear at all
For sure. The chocolate hardens and coats the cone. Chocolate syrup doesn’t harden. 😅
yeah that’s what i was thinking
I wonder if she used the syrup so the cone would for sure leak just to bring up the sponsor again 🤔
Yeah that or ganache. Something that hardens at room temperature and seals the cone. Kind of how Cornetto ice-cream has a thin layer of chocolate inside their comes so they get less mushy
I like the fact that I don't even like coffee but yet I'm still listening to this-

@@morgandrinkscoffee 3 aero press videos in a row was a dream

If you want to have a bad time, put ground cinnamon in your French press. It becomes almost gel like, and clogs the whole thing up when you press your coffee.
That sounds like an awful time. I must try it.
@@morgandrinkscoffee I don't know if the kind of cinnamon makes a difference. I generally only keep Ceylon in the house; you may need to try it twice, for the sake of thoroughness.
Thank you for letting us know. I actually was thinking of adding cinnamon. You saved me from a real mistake.
Guess I’ll just learn from your adventures and not try it myself. Thanks
Ngl, I thought of Sans from Under Tale when I read "Wanna have a bad time?"
5 minute crafts is the perfect example of "I don't care how good it is as long as it looks good". This is not the first video I see where their scams are being debunked. Your channel is So much better because you show real stuff (Even if it fails) and your personality makes it fun and relatable. You deserve more subscribers then they have!
i love it when ann reardon debunks them
You should watch the Welsh twins, they debunk all of their makeup and skincare hacks. They absolutely hate 5 min crafts and it’s hilarious 😂
Probably the only good thing about 5mc is how many youtubers gain popularity by explaining how the hacks are fake.
@@Alexandra-st7fm y e s
How to cook that is great at debunking them
LMAO, the coffee cola thing reminds me of what folks did when I was first in uni in the early 2000’s - they’d make a sludge of Jolt Cola, instant coffee, and sugar. That would absolutely keep you vibrating!
The sludge description really brings that anecdote home 😂
I used to take a tablespoon of instant coffee, a tsp of sugar stick it in my mouth and wash it down with milk
I imagine that they used melted chocolate and coated the inside of the cone to create a liquid-resistant seal for the latte.
czcams.com/video/pMhRhTtLZ8U/video.html
💗💗
No, that would require them to actually make the things they show
And they don't
It is all made up, slight of hand, and "Movie Magic"
I remember when that ice cream cone coffee thing was massive in Australia a few years back (I honestly think people just stopped giving a crap and did random stuff) but the entire inside of the cone was coated in hard chocolate. Obviously it still melted but you were able to basically shot back the coffee before it completely melted if you were quick enough.
Wait, Oh *gasp*, YOU ARE THAT BEAUTIFUL BARISTA FROM TIKTOK!!!
Here in Mexico we have “café de olla” it’s coffe with cinnamon and piloncillo, it has an unique flavour
There's a local coffee shop that has it and it's very delicious
That sounds amazing
What is piloncillo?
@@hithere911 it’s like a solid molasses, in México it’s used to sweeten desserts and beverages
@@alanarias7434 That actually sounds pretty good. Thank You!
i feel like lining the inside of the sugar cone with a couple layers of magic shell would seal the inside pretty well
Hey! Ive been making coffee cola for a while now, before cocacola released it in can version in 2019 (we had it for 2 years already).
My recipe is kind of personal, so adjust to your liking, but i take for every 400 ml of cocacola i add one shot of espresso. I usually prepare it in a cup that has twice the servings, with NON SUGAR COKE. Also, itll foam, the "crema" that will start forming tastes super super bad, but it carries with itself the bitterness, so you end up with coke, but with a note of coffee in the background. I make it with a light to medium roast 100% arabica. The idea behind it is that it should be coke but with a really appealing coffee aftertaste. Try it, dial it to taste and tell me if it worked!! I love it!
I'm writing this thank you letter because you deserve all the respect and love.
I haven't been diagnosed yet, these are from reading many articles on anxiety and depression.
your content has brought to me some calm times when I felt the world is collapsing on top of my head (which it wasn't, I was panicking) the fun vibes and genuine experiences with your videos do help me a lot in many hard times, and hopefully others.
I'm here to support you along the way.
I remember one summer there was a special drink at Cost Coffee that consisted of one shot espresso, cherry coke, ice and maraschino cherry. It was not that bad, actually.
As someone who loves Coke, I might just try this lol. Thanks for sharing!
Ooo I like the sound of this
I had a similar drink and enjoyed it more than I expected.
You need use whole stick cinnamon to get the best flavor. My mom been doing this “hack” for years!!!
Into the filter with the ground coffee or directly into the mug? And can you reuse it afterwards?
@@dude988 Into the filter with the ground coffee - not reusable
Morgan: *Testing weird coffee hacks*
Me: *Looking at the hair* holy bleep how does it look that good-
I tried putting cinnamon in while brewing coffee and the ground cinnamon does not work, but if you would like a subtle cinnamon flavor try about half a stick of cinnamon in the filter with your ground coffee, it is a more gentle hint of cinnamon that then tastes nice with a little sweetness and/or milk added if you wish. Thanks for trying the hacks so we don't have too!
I love how honest she was about this whole thing, and she didn't exaggerate anything. I seriously love your videos!
I grind cocoa nibs with my coffee beans sometimes. It gives a nice chocolate flavor!
"My soul has been completely crushed-"
You know what?
Same honestly
The Coke thing should be with instant coffee. There was a time roughly 15 years ago where that was THE summer drink in Eastern Europe.
I often put cinnamon and cardamom in my coffee (before brewing, both in filter coffee and french press) and love it. Weird that it didn't work out for you - but then again, I don't have the background in taste testing you have :D
Is no one going to talk about how pretty she is?
Omg exactly tho 😭
HONESTLY I was hoping someone else was acknowledging just how insanely attractive this human is. I haven’t seen any other videos from this channel and this is the first, and I’m blown away by how freaking amazing this person looks. How you do that? How you built beautiful like that??

I see the Hoff's "oh...no" face now.
There is a specialty coffee place in Vienna which serves Cornettocinos, basically the latte ice cream cones:)
Ooh, I’d love to see how they do them!
@@morgandrinkscoffee czcams.com/video/L7KTalb8B34/video.html There they show it at Minute 8:15 :) I guess the right cone is also a big part for latte art.
For the cinnamon flavored coffee, I think it could work if you use a whole stick of cinnamon. I've done that with whole cardamom (about one pod per "cup" of coffee) lightly crushed to open it up and just popped into the basket with the coffee grounds. Turns out delicious!
So honestly we used to serve espresso and cokes at 2 separate cafes I worked at, and it was actually really good🤷🏼♀️
Same. You could do it with cold brew or espresso and it was perfect for the weekend rush.
Omg she's so pretty~~ that hair style is so cute on her!!!

I love these coffee hacks. ILYSM keep up with the amazing videos!
im just looking at how cool their toilet paper holder is-
Morgan is so energetic. This channel is a wonderful way to start the day.
For the cones, I suggest hard shell fudge instead of the syrup. It will solidify in the bottom of the Cone so that it doesn’t leak.
Coffee, and specialty coffee in particular, can get very pretentious. Thank you, Morgan, for the quality, accessible coffee content!
your hair is legit my life goal, it looks so cool

my favorite video of yours, your reaction when eating the jelly coffee priceless... keep up the awesome videos...
You sound like a professional ad lady you need more sponsores
You could get a better result by sealing in the inside of the cone with something like chocolate melts. Like, coat the inside of the cone with actual chocolate and then set it, before throwing in the latte
I loved every minute of this.
5minutecrafts takes "trust the process" to a whole nother level and makes it a lifestyle
The key to the cone latte is using tempered chocolate. Pour into the cone to fill, dump it out, dip the rim and cool in the fridge. It works well with cooled shaken espresso drinks without the mess/dripping
My only experience with tempered chocolate is watching Claire Saffitz’s videos and she’s given me a healthy fear of it, might give it a re-do though!
@@morgandrinkscoffee I think Binging with Babish did some chocolate tempering recently with Sohla and it seemed way more approachable!
@@morgandrinkscoffee you can also just use compound chocolate, it sets hard at room temp without any tempering
@@morgandrinkscoffee you don’t HAVE to temper it really to get it to seal, tempering just makes it firmer and shinier. It should work with just melting chocolate that’s solidified!
okay, i can actually vouch for the cinnamon coffee, my cousin brews her coffee that way. but i knew the cone latte was doomed when she just used chocolate syrup LMAO
idky but u popped up on my recommended & ur v positive and wholesome energy made me smile
Yay, I love your videos. They're so relaxing for me
Seeing someone COOK. GUMMY BEARS. IN A PAN. WITH WATER is one of the most cursed things I've seen today 🗿 why would someone even think of doing that? 😂
This person looks like a Disney character and I am swooning
I was randomly recommended this video by YT, I found I just absolutely love your personality and have made sure to subscribe so I can see more!
I really enjoy watching your facial expressions while hearing the voiceover, it adds a layer of humor that feels a little bit surreal
BRUH
WHY ARE YOU SO PRETTY
I'm not even paying attention to the video at this point😭😭
Too bad lmfao
My local coffee shop, Avoca has a drink on the menu called a Charlie Sheen...... it's cold brew WITH COKE IN IT! 😆
Definitely do a part two.
For coffee ice cubes, you could make a coffee/chocolate shake.
Just add the cubes, cold milk and chocolate syrup to a blender and blend away.
The coffee ice cubes thicken the shake up a bit.
Or you could throw in the coffee cubes, some cold milk and ice cream(vanilla, chocolate or even coffee ice cream.)
Blend it up.
I've done this. It's so delicious.
Pretty coffee tiktoker has appeared on my CZcams recommended therefore I subscribe
I knew they looked familiar lol
James Hoffman is enraged at the non weighed recipe
They really said “watch the video and good luck figuring out what to do”
MorganDrinksCoffee I’m just impressed you managed to make it! Probably the most intriguing one. The instant coffee is worrying though
Hoffman is really overrated He's an elite snob. I prefer to make my coffee Morgan's way
For the coke hack, I was informed by a friend that somewhere (I forgot which country) there’s a drink that’s cold brew mixed with lemon(ade?) and/or coke which apparently makes for a refreshing summer drink.
We proceeded to make an espresso mocktail-ish version of that with passionfruit syrup (blasphemous, I know) and espresso shaken with ice, topped with coke and a strip of lemon peel with lemon oil expressed over it (or just rub the rim with it). It was way better than it had any right being, and I spent the better part of a week on a caffeine high, highly recommended.
Also I love your sense of humour :D
I've done the cinnamon thing before, but with just a sprinkle. It helps a bit to elevate bad coffee into not-quite-as-bad coffee.
I've been to coffee shops where they have a not sweet topo chico + espresso. And a sweet coco cola + espresso. It's a thing apparently
Here's a tip for everyone: If it comes from 5-minute crafts, just don't.
So happy to find a barista CZcams channel 🥰
I like the constant thumbs-ups... makes you like 300% more quirky.
And we have the same ice cube tray, so props on that.
There's a thing about coffee and cola hack: it's only purpose is really in the high coffeen count. In Russia it's mostly used by students, but, fortunately, they didn't show those hacks that are much higher in coffeen and, according to one of my formed co-student, former medical student, can keep you up for three days. With the whole range of insomnia effects. So, it's really dangerous and I won't recommend trying any of it to anyone.
Yeah, i remember friends who did cross country skiing drinking that during competitions.
Okay okay, now I want to try actual gummy coffee that'll look and taste good.
Look for Japanese coffee jelly recipes. It's a common dessert there, essentially it's just slightly sweetend coffee that's set with gelatin or agar. You can serve it with condensed milk or slightly whipped cream on top and it's super tasty. I can personally vouch for the recipe from cooking with dog, I've made it a few times and it's great.
I've never seen it as a drink but I don't see why not, would probably be similar to drinking bubble tea with hantian jelly.
I think the only big fault with this is the gummy bears.
This was brilliant! Loved your good natured experimentation and willingness to suffer
umm this is the first video i am watching you and i am not complaining about how nice a relaxing video format she has
I noticed their dipped cones looked like they used real chocolate to seal the cone, but that's too complicated?
I also noticed that. I think the hard chocolate was to seal the cone.
These hacks were a bit hard to "bear" 🐻
I watch a lot of the "professional reviews 5-Minute Crafts" type of videos, and this is genuinely the most positive one I've ever seen. Also, you've gained a subscriber! Watched a couple of vids, and love your content!

I add cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to my coffee while brewing but I don't add a ton and I do a pour over, it comes out pretty yummy! Cinnamon isn't sweet on it's own though so helps to sweeten your coffee a little. This looked like fun even though the hacks were weird! :)
