Ep 20: Installing our holding tank by packing our engine room full of s#!&t!

- The golden question...welp we will tell you what. Our sailboat has one small holding tank, a tank that stores your waste in the v berth head (bathroom in the front of the boat). The master head in the aft cabin (bedroom in the back of boat) has an exemption printed from the 70's....Which technically, once we are far enough from shore, you open up the valves to just dump the waste into the open ocean (the fishies love it!).
But let's say we find ourself surfing an epic spot (which we are planning to do), we first and foremost, don't want to be pooping straight into where we are surfing! Ewww! Secondly, we don't want to be forced to leave the epic spot just to dump our tank out. So we have been brainstorming of where to put a bigger holding tank in the aft cabin head since it is missing one.
Thoroughly investing all the space we had on board, we finally decided to set it in the engine room. This being said, we still want to have enough space for batteries to be resting on top of it. This forces Einstein Connor to be creative with his inventions.
So follow along our journey of customizing a safe and sturdy space for what we like to call our DOOO DOOO TANK!!

I saw on another channel that, put your mix into a zip-lock bag that sits inside the cup. Once ready to go, seal the zip-lock cut off a corner, and lay down a continuous bead of goo-like cake piping. Mixing cup is clean and bag gets disposed of with little to no clean-up required. Cheers

So true! Way better idea, but I didn't have spare plastic bags, so he had to improvise :)
im assuming your going to make all the battery cables the same length matching the one that will be extra long for balance :P
He is actually doing some calculation right now. He will upsize the longer wires to match the resistance of the shorter wires. Thanks for the heads up!
