Yes!!! so happy there will be competition in the horse game field than only star stable. Sso is going down hill with the ignoring and greediness so competition like this will hopefully give us more options and force sso to do better if they want to stay in the game.
I dont think the two are comparable as a large part of Star Stable is the multiplayer aspect!! It's always good for another horse game to enter the market though! I personally play different games for different reasons so it's epic seeingso many more horse games around or releasing soon nowadays!
The way the character is running is like my dad running to the toilet when he needs to go 😂

I personally don't feel they are comparable as Star Stable is a multiplayer game whilst this one is singleplayer but I think it is really good to have multiple good games to play alongside each other!

When I was younger I tried getting every horse game I could for the DS and 3DS. So I understand! I’m really wanting this one because some of the horse games for switch have been kinda lacking. Though I just got one on sale for $3 instead of $38 but I’m looking forward to purchasing this one sometime later and the two schleich horse club games.

@@planetb4262 Apparently it's almost unplayable on the switch at the moment from what i've heard. I'm pretty sure you can cancel preorders and get a refund on the eshop if that's what you decide, otherwise maybe it'll be okay by the 15th, if not just wait for patches etc.

I love how the horses actually feel like a horse, like they're "alive".
My favorite horses are the shire and Clydesdale and if I can get one on here I'll be so happy

You're so genuine and not overly critical or falsely enthusiastic about games that it's a joy to see you react to things as it gives me more of an idea on what it's like ☺️

From my knowledge horses don’t like when they can see through something like bridges. They get all freaked out. Which is why it makes me sad when they make bridges on a trail in the woods a human only bridge cause now I can’t fully enjoy the ride anymore
yeah that's what I thought! I think we are going to fix the bridge to look nicer we just have to unlock it first :)
Aw that's super sad that the dlc cosmetics are only on Steam I hope they come to the consoles eventually because I only have a switch

Hopefully soon! I know there are already physical copies of the game in gaming stores in Australia so hopefully the digital version isn't far off (i think that's what the ps5 store is haha)
I think the game looks pretty but when will these game dev companies realize us people who like horses and horse games usually prefer games that go towards a more realistic style rather than a cartoony one?
I really like the style 😳 it is all personal preference! I would also love to see some realistic horse games! There are a couple around like Unbridled: that horse game and a game called Horse Shelter as well! Hopefully in 2023 we will see even more

I got this game on switch and I am so jealous run, it definitely needs more work on switch as far as lag, graphics, etc. now I wanna get it for pc but It was more expensive on switch >.
oh dear! That's unfortunate. Hopefully those are beginner bugs which can be ironed out soon with an update - however im not a game designer so what do I know 😅

I don't know how it works but in Australia the steam version is a lot cheaper right now then other copies of the game! I have also heard the switch version is a big laggy and buggy but hopefully that can be fixed through an update! Maybe do some research and wait until the switch version is better - or maybe it's only for some people I am not sure :)
Does not look like the best horse game ever, BUT it seems like the best horse game on the switch as a horse person, you need at least one horse game on everything lol, so I think I will add this to my Xmas list =)

Tales of Rein Ravine is a good but it's still being worked on but you can play the free Demo which I think is out, or you can get it by becoming a patreon to them, I do like the game the riding is more in depth your not just using the Wasd keys and you have to really think when Jumping.
Then there is Astride which is not out yet can't remember is they have a date for the early access but that one also looks good,
They also have a petreon.
Both for the PC.
This game looks amazing, I immediately want to buy it on steam. Do you know how much disk space it takes up? The steam store page doesn't say and I need to reserve some space to play the Witcher as well as this XD (weird combo of games I know, but I'll play anything with a horse in it)

The game is currently taking up 4.84GB on my drive! This might go up a little bit the longer you play the game because there is more to save in the save file :D

Yes! During editing I saw that I accidentally turned it off I believe so I went and turned it back on :)
I know this was 5 months ago, but I will point it out, the change the camera mode from the annoying thing it is, the button you use the scroll - click it and then you have a normal camera :)

@@JustAnotherPixel yeah I bought it and it's very bugged. Do not recommend. Twice now I have 'beaten Lili on the leaderboard' and done maybe an hour of gameplay after beating her.. and once again it hasn't saved any of my gameplay from beating the time so for the third time I will need to run that race again to try and beat her again. And I know it won't save so I'm no longer going to play. Wish I could get a refund!
Do you know if you also get the Irish cob if you get it on the switch within said timeframe?
From what I read they specified on Steam - I've never used a Nintendo switch so I'm not entirely sure how the game library works for it

Hey I’ve got a question if I play on Nintendo will I eventually get to be able to get the Irish cob?
Honestly this is my question too, I wanna buy it on my switch but i'd be so bummed if I don't get the Irish cob since the DLC isn't labeled to buy it or download it. I'd feel like it would be a waste of money if I didn't get what I had expected so I wanna make sure as well.

From what I have seen it looks like the price changes on steam depending on your country. For example, $30 USD is like $50 but I can get it for $30 AUD which is only $20 USD. For me I actually feel the game is one of the cheapest from my wishlist right now. So currency conversion kinda sucks on Steam :(
@@JustAnotherPixel For me its around $29 in usd, and honestly it feels like a bit too much at that price. The graphics are just their style I guess, but theres high graphic games like The Isle out for like $19 usd. I mean, it seems like there's a lot of functions I guess.

I can't figure out how to fast travel. Help! On Switch
fast travel isn't an option in the game I don't believe but you can instant travel back to the ranch by going to the menu (like you are about to quit the game) and there is a reset to ranch button! Hopefully it is the same on the Switch like the PC 😳 let me know how it goes!!
I was thinking to get this game for my sister but it seems the game is full of bugs as people on steam have reported , sooooo that makes me think maybe not getting it , what are the bugs you have encountered ? I really hope this wont follow the dayz path, you know start selling the game and never fixing the bugs (dayz devs have made well over 44 million and yeah ..... bug city)

the price on Steam will be released in 1 hour!! The physical versions for the PS5 and Nintendo go for around $60 to 70 AUD but im not sure how currency conversion is working out for the game :)

The switch port seems to not be at the standard that I’d expect of a game ready for release, it’s really glitchy and the graphics are awful

I believe people on the switch are struggling with lag and graphical issues! Hopefully this is something the team can fix in an update but I am unsure
