But there’s absolutely zero medical fact to back this up. Neither left side or right affect the cardiovascular system.

It was hell for me last September when I had an asthma flare up. Sleeping with the head elevated and on my side worked well for me. Sometimes, I have severe nasal congestion too, but without mucus and I use Ryaltris as needed.

@@baronghede2365 Yoga is unfortunately impossible for me, I'm as hard as a rock. This is why I envy my Indian friends, yoga is so innate to them. But I love herbal teas and I drink barley grass juice daily. Thank you, blessings of good health to you!

Put (VICK) on your feet & socks on before bed:
      Will stop Coughing:
      Open Air ways:
      Including sinus:
      Hayfever:
(Yes I know it's Vick vapour!! the brain sends signals to the area where you feel it's needed:
Or Peppermint oil & eucalyptus few drops each
& Put on to abit off Vaseline:
      Also on wrist:
      Behind your ears:
      Tip off Nostrils NOT inside:
      ( TIP)
Get a old mug or cup
Boil kettle & add a few drops of eucalyptus & peppermint oil in the Cup:
Close 1 Nostril with your finger & inhale till you feel it go back off throat & repeat with other nostril:
& Put cup on side cabinet next to bed & let the steam aroma around your Room:
I personally put cup in microwave for about a minute & half so it's really hot
& as you sleep you'll inhale this & it will open all them tubes Ears/Nose/throat & drain them' that causes breathless:
      Congestion:
      & alot More:
(PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE ANY CHILDREN AROUND"
      HOT WATER:
& oils can be strong for them" but would help if they had stuffy nose or asthma
As long they are assisted by a ADULT)
      GOOD LUCK!!
