105 days smoke free. I still struggle with the temptation and it drains my willpower on a daily basis. You can't avoid smokers in movie, smokers in the street, your close ones who still smoke and it is quite taxing. But I don't feel the strong urges anymore. Will never smoke another cigarette in my life. People who haven't smoked yet, please don't ever have your first cigarette. That's how I ruined my health for 2 whole years.

These are lovely if you've only got a cold. I did all of these for 2 weeks and unfortunately all they did was make me feel cosy and soothed. But I've ended up with a bad chest infection. Very dangerous so I'm on antibiotics anyway.

Just lost my mom to lung issues. Asthma, COPD (never smoked), pneumonia in both lungs (lower lobes). She lived in a small town and didn't have access the technology in the bigger cities. It was too late by the time she made it to the hospital. She was only 75 yrs old. Not a way to go out. I learned a lot in this video! Thank you.
