Obligatory - consult your doctor first. I get b complex vitamins and sometimes b1 and b12 especially. And anti-inflammatory - I take turmeric powder. Probiotics. Plus no added sugar low calory diet. Micro exercises. Breathing exercises. Lots of rest. Lots of breaks during the day. Good sleep regime. Also contrast showers - I feel that they help improve blood and lymph circulation. Helped me greatly. Though you need to ease into it slowly. Feel better little by little. Back to about 70% of how I was before. It's been 9 month already. Honestly at times I was loosing hope. I'm 30 but now I think I know how it feels to be old. Terrible, frustrating and exhausting. Hope this helps someone on a journey to recovery. Take care you all and stay safe.
I just found the term “breathing pattern disorder” today. Have been dismissed from my Doctors office with “long covid” for six months, never once did he mention this. How are you now?
This is helpful. I think I have covid again. My family has it. My long covid stuff is flared up. My head pressure is worse and breathing. I have to use inhaler and do castor oil pack. The deep breathing helps. I want to be normal again. I already had chronic pain before this. Prayers for everyone. Stay safe 🙏🏻
This is my second round of this thing. Once two years ago and now after being vaccinated. I think I got it while out Xmas shopping for the kids and believe me covid is baddd!!
Was trying to explain to A&E last year that I've lost control of my breathing and I have to remember to breathe. It only lasted an hour. However my BP was already so high and hard heart perpetrations.... now I realise it's covid
I'm really struggling after a year, this is so helpful. I've been put on so much asthma medication and nothing is working and at least a 1 year wait for an nhs respiratory clinic 😔
Covid doctors in Canada found a microscopic abnormality in blood moving from lungs to blood vessels which explains the breathlessness. Now they need to figure out what causes it and how to treat/cure it.
It's already been a year now since I had covid, and I still have trouble breathing sometimes. And I can't really smell as strongly as I used to. Will I be like this forever?
Hey after a covid infection i got depression and panic attacks and i couldnt breath... but its now week 2 for me and it gets better... today i felt also a short breathness but not as much as before... believe me it will get better how are u today? Its been now 9 months are u feeling better?
i know that Covid is 'over' but i think i have Covid right now, because my mom. My mom works at a nursing home with sick old people, and few days ago she was positive. Now right now im trying to sleep, but i wont stop coughing, and feel like i cant breathe. I took alot of medicine, methods, even acupressure. I need help 😭
My dad had Covid 4 years ago and now is on life support because he stopped breathing and his heart stopped. 💔 an otherwise very healthy very active man!
I'm just sad. I loved swimming, I was not the best but it was so liberating, 10 years of it... After covid, I genuinely can't hold my breath more than 3 seconds underwater, 90% of my capacity of holding my breathing gone. I'm just 22 years old
@@lnstall_Wizardhoping you get better soon, I'm two years in and I'm trying OTC Claritin and saline nasal spray, I'm so sick of the breathless and exhausted feeling, does anything help you? I'm trying to get better but it's awful.
@@pamforrester844 im recovering slowly. mostly my heart feels weird. nothing but breathing exercise helps me. but i have limited healthcare so i couldn't say if meds would help or seeing a specialist would help. welcome to American healthcare system i guess.
I am in 10 standard due to this i can,t concentrate in my studies but parents does not believe that i am covid infected i dont know what to do please help 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I had a clogged nose too. Today I tried rinsing my nose with water (boiled, lukewarm) and salt (importantly without any additives, just pure sea salt). It seems to have helped so far (its been like 2h since i did it). I did it thoroughly, many times, hard (but carefully so that i dont get hurt) and blowing my noes. Im gonna try de-clogging my nose this way a few times per day and see. Much love.
I'm two years in and the only relief I get is OTC Claritin and saline nasal spray, I literally carry the saline spray everywhere, the breathless and exhausted feeling is horrible, hoping you get better soon, if you find relief please let me know I would like to try it

Long COVID is rough
I had covid 6 month ago and eversince my breathing is not good. Shortbreath every few days and cant fully inhale
@Steelers77 no. But i cant fully inhale. Like a satisfying inhale. Been 6 month like this.
@Steelers77 ive been going to the gym and doing cardio a lot to exercise the lungs. Did you get a ct scan and breathing test and all that stuff?
@Steelers77 i don’t wish this on anybody. This probably the worse thing that can hapoen to somebody. Breathing problems
