Underrated Batman shows

- Today we'll be reviewing three different animated TV adaptations of the iconic Batman. Many have claimed these were "too different" or "weird" but are they really? Or are they actually hidden gems waiting to be found?
random fact: eqinox is the only "cannon" batman villan with no repeat appearance (yeh not even in the lego batman movie)
I plan to go in greater detail on him in the sequel video.

Those are three very good alternative Batman shows. All have interesting art, characters and stories
Batman the Brave and The Bold has a special place in my heart just due to how fun the show was.
Except Joe Chill is different from Mr. Freeze, since Victor Fries is Mr. Freeze’s real name
Great job and yes I also love The Batman and Brave and The bold. I might have to give Beware another shot sometime in the future because I’m hearing a few good things about it but I definitely agree more with the people who say that Oracle should have been in the wheelchair for this show. Brave and the bold is definitely my personal favorite out of this list because it’s the one that it has the most action and I just feel that it clicks better for me. However I will also say that the Batman from 2004 had a lot of great episodes even though there were some times when I thought it truly was more of a “kid friendly” show, and I was super upset that they never introduced Wonder Woman into the series. However I definitely liked a lot of the episodes and yes the Dracula movie was great. Great job again and it’s a pleasure to see more love for the 2000s Batman cartoons!
I hope that someday this Batman shows will return
The Batman is highly underrated. My son was old enough to get those and i was the one watching and playing with the toys.
The Riddler from The Batman gave me serious Maryln Manson vibes!

Anarchy makes me think of the comic book villain nemesis
@shaunstudios163 they do look very similar. But in the comics Anarchy looks very different.

I was a little disappointed with “Beware the Batman” because they cut out most of the “Rogues Gallery”, mostly going with B-list villains (Magpie? Seriously?). But we did see Professor Pyg and Ra’s al Ghul, so it wasn’t all bad! 😜
Magpie was one of the best things on the show

The Batman was animated by the same animators of The Jackie Chan Adventures.

I loved both as a kid
I never gave brave in the bold a chance when I was younger. When it came out I was going into high school, becoming more mature myself, I was hoping for a more of a continuation of The Batman. I thought let's sure of it for a long time until I gave it a chance. It's still not my thing but I want to give it props for bringing in a bunch of other characters from DC. If I remember right, they had an episode with Booster Gold of all people. I give the creators a lot of props for trying to incorporate lesser known characters While taking the show in a different direction and feel.
@qrsentertainment7215 I admire that you can admit to not liking it, while still understanding and respecting what it does right. Not everyone is as comfortable or open about their opinions.
I really enjoy a lighter side to Batman. Having be dark and gritty all the time is so boring, and i personally feel that it's happening in the live action films. That's why i appreciate the campy portrayals of Batman because i know that we may not get them again.

I didn't include that one because its already pretty well known. But it is still one of the best.
Yes, yes, yes. I'm not the biggest batman fan but the thumbnail...all 3 of those shows straight cooked fr fr. (The Batman, Batman: The Brave and The Bold and Beware The Batman iirc)
Beware the Batman deserves so much better and by that I mean more Seasons and an OST Release.
Oracle in Beware the Batman was meant to be wheelchair-bound from the get-go, but according to showrunner Mitch Watson, it didn't happen because some higher-up thought it was "too depressing". Also according to him, we could've gotten a second season if Mattel hadn't reneged in making toys for it to do their own Batman toy line instead. That, plus Cartoon Network's general mistreatment of WB Animation shows sealed its fate.
They could've had her wheelchairness be a genetic disease or something. They didn't have to do the whole spinal fracture thing.
@@bradworstyt7001 I don't think they wanted ANY disability portrayed on a young girl, which is messed up. Watson actually mentioned how things change, since when he ran Big Nate, the executives actually encouraged him to include a wheelchair-using character.
@@GamerSlyRatchet1 Not wanting to show a teen brutally injured makes sense. But outright excluding disability is just awful.

ghost-maker needs to be in a batman series or ABYSS and Prometheus and two Bonus Merrymaker basically a updated version of the Joker or the best one of them all Simon Hurt easily the most interesting Batman villain that has never been used ever in a Batman series
This is random, but i think we should work on a video together sometime. I feel like we share the same energy.
I've never done a collab before, but I'm definitely open to the idea. There are a few hurtles, however. Mainly the fact that I actually have no idea how to edit, or the basics of how collabs are even made. But that's nothing (too) impossible. In short, I think we could, but it will need some planning.

@JokerREAL123 I don't really have a schedule. But I try to avoid making too many similar videos in a row. So, might be for a month or two.
The batman is the best
Out of these 3 shows Beware the batman is like my least favorite.

I was 45 when The Batman and 49 when Batman: The Brave and the Bold came out. Both were great in its animation and in plot.
