This cocktail by Andrea Apolloni, the bar owner of Keyhole Speakeasy in Rome, is made using water from the Trevi Fountain (just for fun-as this is not a drinking fountain), whose water flows from the city’s ancient aqueducts.

hahah, I thought the same. But, it has bubbles on it, and the bubbles last quite long, it's not just water.
