Cloud : Fire x5 , MP absorb, HP absorb, Switfcast, Magic efficiency and Magnify, First strike , ATB Stagger ,Rune blade and Karim Cowl
Aeris : Thunder and wind. thunder x 3, MP absorb, HP absorb, Magnify, Magic focus, First Strike, subversion, Chocoking's cape
Barret : Enemy skills, healing, barrier, ATB assist, ATB stagger, ATB Master, Time , Breach, Enchanced Karmic Cowl

Thank you so much! I finally did it with this strategy. It also worked great for the next one (seventh seal).for anyone struggling still,don't give up, use this strategy, it's much better than most of the others that are found online. Most strategies require perfect execution and all materia maxed out. This one has a lot of leeway. I did it really clumsily and with some materia not maxed out (mp absorption, magic focus). Wow thats an impressive build! I didn't know you could stack multiple of the same elemental spell and link it with the blue materias.
dude i never thought of the multiple Fire materia link with multiple blue materia. this is going to be fun.

good one! copied this and got it second or third attempt, was stuck on the second one for many days, and now cleared 2 more, those are getting challenging, now leveling up the newly acquired materia, then trying more, thanks for this.

Would be nice if you could do a complete build with all links in the discription. Cause s9mething doesn't fit here
With the recent patch, it's clear to me that they either gave the fiends more HP or they nerfed the characters. I have maxed out materia and I don't hit nearly this hard. The broken builds do not work anymore
@EmperorandDeath Even before the patch, it would have been really nice to show off the build rather and lazily type it out and disregard armor. Guides like this are just really frustrating.
I do wish we could see which materia is linked in the description. For example what is clouds magnify linked with?

@@Savzannah What he wrote in the description is a jumbled, lazy mess. If you want to make guides and ask people to subscribe and become "members", don't phone it in.
My biggest problem with using aerith is she always wants to get up close to the enemy when I'm not controlling her. This leads to her dying a lot while I'm trying to do other things with other characters. The crescent moon charm helps but there are other accessories that are more advantageous so I don't end up using it often
THen put a ward down and make her teleport to it.
Auto-unique ability keeps her in her ward when she isn't active
