This 15 minute beginner to intermediate barre workout is designed to sculpt and tone your whole body. You'll feel the shakes and burns quite quickly into this 15 min barre class! The only equipment you will need is a yoga mat and a barre, or chair, kitchen counter or balcony railing to act as your barre!

This barre class is a 15 minute, at home barre workout. It is a barre class workout designed as a full body workout with some cardio workout too. It can give you toned legs and a ballerina body, and improve your cardio fitness. This online barre workout is a barre workout for home, where an online workout is the best option. This barre class workout for fast results, will give you a barre workout challenge. It is similar to ballet, pilates, pilates barre, ballet barre and a ballet barre workout.
