- A 30742 Charter (apologies for misspelling in video) remembering Penrhyn 50 years from Closure, with 6 visiting locomotives.
Featuring:-
- Quarry Hunslets "Hugh Napier" & "Sybil Mary"
- Avonside "Marchlyn"
- Kerr Stuart "Stanhope"
- Hudswell Clarke w/n 1238 (sister of former Penrhyn engine Bronllwyd)
- Hunslet "Lilla"
- Plus Statfold Barn's Steam Navvie.
Also in action on service trains was resident "Sir Tom".
All of the Penrhyn locomotives featured on run past along the running line along with line ups and shunting demonstrations at the Quarry head.

at least they didnt sell the track as scrap
WOLFROY47 alot of track is newish alot of it would not be safe to run trains on
i have to make myself realize that these arnt toys or miniature engines . these are actual working industrial engins .
