It always amazes me just how much us folks young, old aged or whatever just enjoy riding on any form of transport. Here we have a classic example_ pimply sissing down with rain, not a particularly warm day huddled together in a wooden box on wheels trundling around our glorious countryside. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching (and sharing no doubt!) these 50 or so minutes of your wonderful capture of this event. Many thanks indeed for your efforts.
Liassic my favourite. I love NG Pecketts, 4 wheel Cranmore types as well as the 6 wheelers. How does everyone know what everyone else is doing in the shunting yards? Its basically just playing at shunting so as to put on a show for the public isn't it. Outstanding video, one of my CZcams favourites. This is about as close to seeing working steam in a North Wales slate quarry as you can get nowadays
Our second year, rained both times, fortunately I have a waterproof camcorder as back up for bad weather, hopefully next year I can use my 4K kit, weather willing.

nicely filmed as usual.captures the atmosphere perfectly. my first visit and i thouroughly enjoyed it despite the rain.
