The real killer and those involved destroyed their phone, destroyed their sim cards, deleted messages and call logs, gutted their house floors, sold their house, moved or got rid of the vehicle involved, rehomed or killed their dog. It is so obvious.

NORMALLY though, if the opposing counselor doesn't catch it, it isn't the judge's job to point it out. This question is the main reason our court system is fu€ked up! Law enforcement will never be held to the higher standard and judges really don’t care if they lie or not, they are all on the same team!
Just look at how the justice system is built; judge, district attorney, prosecutor and law enforcement are all government agencies “supposedly” fair and impartial, all funded by the tax payers! Yet, all use tax payer funds to prosecute who, tax payers! Hope does the defendant get representation, by paying lawyers out of their own pocket! The defendants must pay for both sides of the trial and the scales are clearly tipped in the governments favor!

Or a stupid man who feels inferior because he's been broken up with by a successful woman who didn't want to put up with nonsense. Or a friend of Canton police. OR a dummy who couldn't follow Defense's way out of Lally's pathetic web. This court held back so much exculpatory evidence. It's a travesty of our justice system once again. I hope the Feds take more an interest in what's happening here. The Commonwealth is syphoning money from it's tax payers in order to continue this kangaroo Court shenanigans. I can't recall the exact number, but, luckily, most of Bev's convictions are overturned. Thank God.

Procter's claim it was sarcasm actually jives for someone being deceitful. Sarcasm claims one thing fecetiously but means the opposite. So in his own definition the ME was a wack job translates to: the ME is too smart and knows what we're trying to do; she knows the evidence doesn't add up to the modality of death. Whereas a malicious beating and dog attack and subsequent deposit out into the cold were a more likely cause of death.
