Alan Jackson sold the Karen Read movie/book deal in close, not the Karen Read not guilty verdict. He should have walked through the counts and the necessary elements showing the doubt. He didn't do that. It was a compelling closing argument, but it was the wrong argument for the courtroom.

Lawyers like to say the jury doesn't vote that way but, evidence says some still do. Read comments on auditor channels. There's a lot of people saying the auditor should be arrested because the cops showed up. The cop that killed Michael Brown got away with murder because the grand jury believed everything the lying assistant DA told them from the cops. My sister was on a jury last week. The state failed yet 11 of the jury members wanted the guy convicted on all counts because "the cops said..." My sister was one of those 11. One man was called an ahole and a huge problem because he was the only one who said and stuck with "the state failed to prove all counts" . My sister was livid because "the cops said.." and that one guy actually voted the right way. 11 jurists wanting a conviction because ,"the cops said..." You can't tell me racist jurists don't vote conscience and not facts. Look how many black people are released from decades in prison for a crime they didn't commit but the racist juries and prosecutors put them away. The one time I was called for jury duty it was cancelled because of COVID. I watch far too many police and courtroom videos and will make it clear that I will not believe anything a cop or the prosecutor say. He remained pretty stonefaced the entire time, which would make more sense if he's guilty and just trying to hide it. Jackson directly called him out a few times and he had no reaction, as if he's trying to tell the jury "see?? This doesn't bother me at all!" If I was him and I was completely innocent, I'd at least be frowning a bit, or giving a few "wtf?" looks, or shaking my head in disbelief, or *something*. He did nothing at all. I also thought it was odd that it happened to be him, Jen, and Colin Albert who showed up for the closing arguments - I guess they wanted to show that they're not trying to hide, or something. Still weird though, especially for Colin himself to be there. It would make more sense if Brian showed up with his wife, and maybe Jen showed up with her husband. Why Colin?? Especially since the Defense didn't spend that much time on Colin (besides showing the knuckle injuries and stuff) - almost like the 3 main conspirators are the ones trying to show their faces in solidarity or whatever.

Tail light plastic as well as headlight covers are made of polycarbonate and ABS plastic which is what plumbing plastic pipe is made from. Polycarb plastic is used to stop bullets. ABS plastic doesn't break easily either. I've used it to move a 1000 lb cast iron boiler by rolling it under the boiler. The plastic bends but does not break. With the design of today's cars, your headlight plastic is usually large and exposed to stones and hail . Backing into a human would not shatter it. We saw in the video that backing into another vehicle only cracked it.

I don’t care if they do have the family fooled, they shouldn’t have been allowed to do that. No one can convince me they didn’t have it planned from the beginning, either. I think of Jen McCabe saying “the defendant”, and “I’m not on trial”, during her testimony. They all called her “the defendant”, come to think of it. They knew her, they were supposedly acquaintances. No one who knows someone says “the defendant”. 😒
