I have P295/50 /15 x 11'' wide sitting under it on my HQ Statesman Mini tubs to the rail ,, Doing a good job there..

Great video mate, really good detail. Is this all being done with a view to get an engineers approval? I reckon it would easily be as strong as before, if not stronger! Engineer should pass it I reckon.
It would come down to the engineer.I believe it would be just as strong or stronger once completed.
Are you gonna be taking the roof skin off this before putting rear guards back on?
No, just butting them up near the factory join after the factory lead is removed.
