This is how I make my stew! My husband says it’s the best he’s tried. I live by cooking my tomatoes and peppers first. It helps to reduce the time it take to fry as well. We love it with mackerel. So good

Question: Aren't you throwing out a lot of the flavor and nutrients by cooking it first and throwing out the water?

So goooooood !
I've followed this channel for a long time both on Facebook and CZcams. You always come through with amazing recipes. But you see that hazardous stuff called Onga, it's a BIG NO actually. It's very lethal to the health
So, no tomato paste added, right?
Not at all
Looks yummy but to much work
Not at all , give it a try
Diced: pronounced d-eye-st. Not deseeded.
She means “deseeded”. She removed the seeds from the pepper
