Just came across your video. What a precious thing to have on a chopping board. A original recipe.
I looked up the price of the glowforge, wow over $6,000.
Oh wow! You made this so much simpler to follow on how to do this. THANK YOU!!!!
Thank you for sharing this!! Learned so much ❤️
Awesome tutorial! Cant wait to see more videos 😁
Thank you for your tutorial. It was very clear to understand. Can't wait to do some of my own!
This video was so so so helpful. I have been tracing in my silhouette studio. This is much more efficient and effective!
Thank you so much for this video! Best one I have seen yet!
Thanks for the tips! Great job on explaining how you do this! I learned a lot and can't wait to try it out with my moms hand written tamale recipe!
Would love more content from you!! Newbie glowforge owner here! 🙌🏼💜🙌🏼

This video was so helpful. I kept wondering how people were cleaning up their recipes! Your voice is also very calming lol! I subscribed! Thank you for this video!
Very helpful
Thank you! This is so helpful! I just engraved my first recipe on a cutting board. It turned out great! My son had already cleaned up the recipe in AI but with your explanation, I feel more confident to try and do that step myself next time.
Glad it was able to help you! Hope you create all the beautiful things!
great video - thank you
Nice, Thanks!
Way too cool
Hi! Thank you so much for sharing. This is very helpful. Do you ever mask your boards? Also, would you share your settings for acacia boards? Thank you!
Thank you for the great video! What model of the Glowforge do you have (pro, plus, etc?)
So helpful! Why did you go with the trace feature instead of direct upload to Glowforge?
Great video! Cant wait to try. What are you charging customers? This is a time consuming process
Please provide links for the software you are using please
Love your video
Hello thanks for the video. Can you please tell me where you got your paddle from
Hey!!!! Loved your video!!!! What do you recommend for iPad?? What requirements do you need for an iPad to edit and create designs
All the apps I use on my iPad are free! I also occasionally use procreate which I believe is about 7 dollars and is super worth it!
Thanks for the video! I will definitely try this. I do have a question though. What is the advantage of tracing the printed copy from the glowforge bed versus bringing in the digital file? Maybe Magic Eraser doesn't let you save as a png or svg? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
I have been using the trace method because it helped me a make a more even engrave on the bamboo board!
@@roseboarddesigns9315 Thank you! I can try a test engrave trying both methods to see what works best on my wood cutting board. I can put an inconspicuous set of initials on the back:)
@@roseboarddesigns9315 my handwriting came out all fuzzy...what did I do wrong?
@@debchabotte6634 Hello! Make sure the file and image doesn't look fuzzy first. If its clear then make sure the camera is clean. If the camera in the glowforge is dirty when it takes the picture it'll look blurry and that will make the engrave look blurry. If none of that works I would suggest just directly uploading the edited recipe file into the glowforge program! Hope this helps!
Tell me more about your iPad. What model?
what program is that on the ipad to start out with
Where did you get your cutting
Boards
Did your link to place an order change?
Looks great, where did you get the cutting board?
I get them from Johnson Plastic Plus
What free apps are you using for this?
Where did you get your cutting board from?
If there is a stain on the recipe, will that present a problem?
The trace function on my Glowforge never worked for me.
just purchase a real program to edit and engrave will cut all the bs
