I like your idea using a parmesan cheese shaker bottle to be a string holder and separator over the Mason jar to do that. No need to locate Mason jars, to glue the ring to the lid, or to make holes in a Mason lid. Also non breakable. The parmesan cheese lid comes snapped on the container already.

Thanks for tips! My old deceased mom showed me how to do an old fashioned “peel n stick” that works great! We had to cover hideous kitchen wallpaper in rental! I bought inexpensive unbleached muslin material and Procion cold fabric dye and dyed it a nice dusty blue in washing machine. Ironed it. Got big bowl of fabric starch and dipped each piece in it and slapped it on the wall and smoothed and cut around it and let it dry!!! Looked great and lasted 3 years even with cooking steam. We moved and peeled each piece off!!! Then i used water and mopped walls and starch residue came right off!!! Deposit fully returned!!!

Thanks for some great hacks. Here are a couple of things to try:
    * For the scissors hack at 37:50, instead of using aluminum foil to sharpen scissors, wash, dry, and save the little foil lids that come on single-serve apple sauce, coffee, and other foods. Then, when it's time to sharpen some scissors, cut one of them up and drop it into the recycle bin.

Hi, I haven't seen the back pain one yet but I shall wait now to view. I was a Chiropractor and commonest problem is that overused muscles on one side hook the pelvic crest up making it look as if opposite side is down. Hence lumbar vertebrae nerves get irritated where weight bearing. (Very simple explanation)
One or two sessions with gentle, not too expensive Chiro should realign everything. Trying to realign only with muscles can be long winded. But don't get taken for a ride by paying loads money for unnecessary treatments. Good luck.

Great hacks!!! I have a couple tips: I sold adhesives....water is any adhesive's enemy. (we had expensive specialty adhesives for wet/outdoor use, obviously your pickle jar isn't going to use an expensive super sticky adhesive) Just submerge your jar in the sink in warm or hot water for 15-20 minutes and it'll usually fall off. If it's not all the way off, try resubmerging for another 15 minutes or try boiling water. Also the berries, I will totally try the vinegar hack! However the key to fresh berries is to keep them dry-don't put them in the container wet after washing like shown here.....dry them with a paper towel as much as you can and also a fresh dry paper towel on top of them before putting the lid on really helps keep them fresh. Same goes for lettuce, as the days go by, use a paper towel to re-dry it and also a fresh dry paper towel in the container before you put it away helps it from getting mushy or slimy!

Here is two hacks for you. Sometimes the peanut butter will not blend together if you turn it upside down so what you can do is use the hand blender or scoop it all out and put it into any other kind of blender for a minute or less and then put it back in the jar it is worth the trouble and it stays together forever. Another one is if you want your food to last longer use glass containers for storage they will last at least three times longer and lots of times more than if you put it in plastic containers.

Goo gone never fails me in taking off labels. When there is leftover stickiness/little bit of label left on the jar, I use the scrubby side of a two-sided sponge and Dawn dish detergent.
As a side note regarding using peanut butter to remove labels, if it really worked, then get a cheap jar somewhere because I would not waste my good peanut butter on anything like that! 😁

Another thing you can do w your necklaces when traveling is take a velvet or microfiber cloth lay the necklace lengthwise on the cloth then roll them up. Then tie a ribbon (or ribbons) around it and tie it around the cloth. You can sew the ribbons on too. And you have a jewelry wrap/roll.
    Hope that made sense.

The dollar bill measuring hack is great. Other measuring hacks:
Measure parts of your body and put that info in a note on your phone. For example, measure the length and width of your hand, the distance from your wrist to the inside of your elbow, the length of your foot wearing a shoe, find a finger where the distance between joints is an inch, or measure the span between your thumb and little finger with your hand stretched out (mine is about 8 inches.) Find a small retractable tape measure at a hardware store and attach it to your key chain. You can make a foot or yard-long tape from paper, ribbon, string, or fabric, use a marker to add inches, and use a tiny binder clip to keep it folded or rolled in your purse. A credit card is about 3 1/2 x 2 1/8 inches. I’m actually pretty good at estimating sizes just by looking at something, but having a way to confirm my guesses helps.

Label removing: before trying themessy stuff, try freezing the container. Some adhesives don’t hold well in cold temperatures, and if they release, they will pop right off with no mess. Might not work on everything, but it’s a good one to try first. Steam from a kettle will take off some too.

To get stubborn labels off jars you just soak them in hot soapy water (dawn dishwashing soap) overnight. For the remaining stubborn glue (if any), use a steel scratch pad to remove, then place that steel pad in a baggie and label it as "jar goo" so you don't accidently use it on pans for stovetop cooking as some of the transparent goo can get on inside of a skillet. Not much but I am sure even a little bit won't taste great with your morning eggs etc.

Thank you!! My closet hanger hacks lead to
The closet hangers- you can use them for chip clips, if you have any magnets that have been broken take the magnets off and hot glue the magnet to of the clip. NOW YOU HAVE A MAGNETIC CLIP.
Closet light up photo clips !!
Take 3 long pant hangers and remove the metal piece by twisting off. If it's plastic, CAREFULLY, REMOVE the plastic hanger leaving the DBL clips connected.
Take your DBL ended plastic piece, again, do not break the clips off just remove the arch that hangs.
Pick your favorite paint colors 1-3 colors and begin painting each one allow to dry
    Or
Take yarn of your choice and as you wrap the plastic between each clip you'll use hot glue to keep the yarn in place.
Now, everything should be dried. Once so, you will take 2 of your 3 hanger clips and you'll creat an X!! THE THIRD ONE YOU WILL ADD ACROSS THE X, giving a fan like shape!!!
Decide where it is going. Why?! If it is a family room, you can take a beautiful wallet- 3x7 picture of your choice and place it in the middle. The take 6 fun pics, memory clippings, ECT and clip those to the ends of each clip!!! Take a sting and make a u shape and hang!!
If a kids room, use a toy for middle, or class photos !!
REMEMBER BE CREATIVE, BE YOU YOU, THEY'LL ADJUST! 🎉

Great stuff. Definitely going to pass this on. As for the jars, set all of them in a sink of hot water for awhile. At least 15 min. Most labels come off that way. The residue can be removed with a spray lubricant (WD-40). Also recently I watch a friend remove a tape residue with rubbing alcohol!. ALL of these need to be allowed to set and give time to dissolve the adhesive. The last thing I’d recommend to help with removal is one of those plastic pot or bowl scrapers. They’re usually a free giveaway and stiff but won’t hurt your hands or damage your container.
    I’ve done this stuff ALOT!!

😊 I'm going to try the banana tip today . I'm finding that with the central heating on the bananas ripen so quickly .
My mother-in-law used to cut the ends of the stalk off, leaving just a small amount, and that worked 😮

Someone has probably said this! Have you tried using a blow dryer to melt the label glue? I usually get about 80-90% off pretty easily 🤷🏻‍♀️
    Love your videos!

Great hacks! To keep the blueberries even longer, put a paper towel piece below the blueberries after you wash them with the vinegar! (Soaks up extra water, which keeps them fresh). Works for all berries

I think you should use a razor blade rather than a screwdriver.

OK so far my favorite hack and I know I’ve seen you do it before but you just reminded me of something I need to go to HomeGoods for lol the olive oil and the herbs frozen and put them in bags so that you can use them later because I struggle with that doesn’t matter how little I buy always manage wasting it so thanks for the reminder!
What did you do with that lime after you scrub the sink? You have a disposal. Tell me you put that down in the disposal to refresh the smell and your disposal! I what are you doing again?
Word of the day “ hacks”
So for your last tech, yes, I would use boiling water and maybe maybe a little Dawn dishwashing soap maybe! But then after you peel it off if you still have sticky on, it takes him rubbing alcohol, and it’ll removed adhesive!

I put my lettuce in a zip lock and add paper towels inside with it and my lettuce lasts forever, I change out the paper towels as they get to damp and the lettuce stays crisp for week's

I loved putting the mason jar into the larger vase for an arrangement. That is so simple!
Also, with terra cotta pots, in order to avoid the moisture loss, I have spray painted with a clear spray paint and it seals up the clay so that I don't have to water the plant as often, and still maintain the terra cotta look I was going for.

19:45 or write the paint color on masking tape & put it in a binder with other info on your home. You can also put the masking or clear tape behind the switch plate & that way if you change colors you can peel the old piece of tape & replace it with a new one.
If keeping a qt or gal of paint for touch ups be sure there's a sample on the lid and also write the paint brand, formulation & color on the lid as those mfgr labels fade and come off the cans easily. (Dont forget to shake the can once in a while. If it separates when you need to use it you can bring it to a hardware store and ask them to pit the can on their paint mixer.
20:33 limes on the way out can be peeled after using them to clean the sink. Put peels in a jar of white vinegar. Soak at least a few weeks. Discard peels into your compost pile or food scrap waste.
The vinegar can be used to clean sinks, stoves, glass, anything that can handle vinegar.
