I'd also like let you know, this video has great production and editing and is informative but not enough.
You could mention stuff like benchmarks and thermals using numbers like temperatures and scores or using thermal cam vision to show heat management.
And also fps comparison on different settings for at least three high end games.
The brightness could be mentioned in nits.
Also some comparisons can be made for other laptops at the same price point to prove it's worth.
I personally own this laptop (16gb ram, i7 9750h) and it's amazing for the price, even got it for a lower price on sale.
It could push 80+ fps on GTA v on high settings and 90+ on mid-low settings for pubg and an easy 100+ on high for fortnite. Cs go ran on constant 120 in the highest with vsync
Heat management is great, laptop cools down in short period of time after heavy usage and doesn't cause any framedrops during prolonged gameplay
Display is a beauty specially at120hz colors are very very good. Brightness could be a bit better .

@MUGENRYE I play fortnite on medium and get 120 fps, though I limit my fps on display based which caps it at 120fps as the screen is 120hz
But it may push more frames.
@MUGENRYE laptop suits best for me because I'm gonna be moving soon and carrying around a PC isn't easy.
Since you're getting it from a friend take it only if it's in a great condition.
I would like to suggest to save up for a much better PC rather that going for a 500$ build. Could save a bit more because 1080p gaming got really good these days with the rtx2060 price drop and rx5600xt release. Might as well go for 1440p gaming.
A bit patience and prices would drop more and you could get yourself a very good performance PC for 600-700$
So wouldn't recommend a PC right now.

@@eldiablonoob4305 it does. But it's a usual case. Gaming laptop charger bricks are made to withstand high wattage hence they get hot, nothing to worry about.
I have asus ROG STRIX g531 laptop and facing problems in RGB . Mostly I use orange static light but after some time like watching movie, youtube videos RGB turn's off then if I move mouse or press key red static RGB turn's on.
Every time this happens I have to goto ARMOURY CREATE app and again I have to set RGB to static orange.
Even if I have kept RGB off same thing happens.
Consider doing PC builds too... And just more diverse tech...I believe techweez can be the LTT of Kenya

From the animations
They're the big brothers like scar or hero models of strix.
G531gt doesn't have an exhaust on the right only at the back.
And the trackpad doesn't double as numpad on this model. It's for the big brothers strix hero and scar models
The particular unit we had actually had a numpad trackpad option. Probably an oversight on one or two of the photos, we apologize for that and thanks for this feedback.
